What the game needs to add is the ability to hire additional security guards once your lot gets to a certain size. They should also double as cleaners to save cost.
Do I break down the level one fence or climb over the level 3 fence conveniently shaped like a ladder? Let me think.
Also for lighting, 8 column lights go on the ceiling of the lower floor, 2 per lot.
This game has promise, needs waaaay more content though to be interesting beyond just one playthrough
Missions, plumbing for restrooms water fountains, fountains, elevators, a bus stop, restaurant, event venue would be funny, could actually take the game beyond just parking and do apartments on top of the parking, could add storage units and so much more.
I know it’s a bit of the same but I was thinking they could add more than one level to the parking garage. You could turn into a parking complex in the late game.
They should also add a car wash because it just makes sense😂
They should also do some quality of life improvements maybe like make Multiple exits since even with the automatic parking barrier, the cars still get backed up. or maybe actually make the security guard scare away the intruders when they’re actually ON the property instead of around the perimeter.
When you were taking fences out of your store room, I noticed that your storage has a weight limit, just like your inventory does. When you tried to buy too many items, it would not let you because your store room couldn't hold them.
Indeed, and the amount improves accordingly to the level of the office.
The level 3 fence is supposed to be "Virtually indestructible" with the next AI update too. The basement is still under development. The store room has a weight limit which improves gradually with office upgrades. Having the roofs on the bay increases the value of the bay, even the ones on the ground floor so it is worth doing. You can put 8 more of the column lights on the underside of the 2nd floor (2 per area).
They should add more staff and another entrance/exit too, the gameplay gets very rough with the second level already.

I think they need to add trashcans to put in places, like where you put vending machines and what not. Maybe add in like a storage shed and other stuff to fill out the large empty spaces.

Maybe you can put up more column lights now that you have a second floor?
with roofs and plants and pots if done right you can get each spot up to about $76/h so it is worth it to put as much as you can to each spot.
can you put office lights inside now that it is upgraded? Also for maximizing the decoration you will need flower pots or what are they called, too.

When you buy stuff it’s depends on how much KG you have left on your storage, if you check the left down corner you will see x/118 KG I think

This is cool and fun.
I do have to admit though that the level three fences look ugly. I would think each level would lead to better constructions, but in that case it doesn't.

Why don't you transfer from storage to inventory more than one per click? Right below it is how many you want to transfer at a time. Could make your life a bit easier, maybe.

you can only order/store up to 180 units of weight. and you put a roof on the bottom spots so that any condensation on the concrete doesn't drip onto the cars, and leave calcium stains on the paint. thats what I think anyway

why would you put roofs on your ground level parking spots once you've got level 2 built?
