The tire repair nets you the most money. As you upgrade and get further into the game it goes faster and you make a lot more money. Hiring Employees is key to your Sanity. I should also add the prices i mentioned are set if your pricing is maxed out.
As a side note - there are things to do in the house as well as other locations: 1) girlfriend needs gifts or she'll leave (but give them too many and she'll literally try to bed you and have a kid) 2) mom, in the other room, needs her meds or she'll die. 3) a pusher will send you a mail offering to sell you drugs to resell. DON'T. Just a few helpful suggestions.
There was also a small note on the web store where you buy stuff that mentions something called 'store name extra' and it mentioned not paying shopping fees. Could be like the games version of amazon prime. Great video though

I think if you check the cashier can place box's will allow them to fill the shelfs with the boxes? Its possible that's all behind the warehouse as well.
My problem with all these simulation games is they are all to similar in certain aspects such as graphics and annoyingly the trash u have to clean at the start and then constantly keep cleaning
Feed your cat and dog so you can rename them and you can buy a dog and cat house after you have built your office in the area behind the delivery collection area when you got the cash upgrade the gas pumps more cars more money buy a fridge, fill it up with your canned drinks, cold coffee, milk, sandwiches, and any other food that needs to be refrigerated and upgrade your fridges. when at home look in all rooms and talk to the people in the rooms check your map to find the bazaar shopping area to buy things for your wife and mother if you buy flowers for your wife and talk to her, she will be in the mood to make babies. You will need to click your mouse or one of your buttons to interact with your wife in bed You may need to blur the video or don’t record that part of the gameplay and check the map and go to the other places on the map to see what else you can do, or get for your gas station
