I see it's fiddly time in Texas too 😍 I just replaced the switches and wheel encoder on my Logitech mouse, fiddly business. Those little dead cats are awesome indeed, fur is always better in wind than foam.
I used foam on the audio opening on a super windy day with some success but the touch of super glue I used left a mess to remove. I like your stick-on idea. But I have big clumsy 👋 hands!😊
Great tip thanks. How did you find this method with your M50? The angled microphone holes seem in a tricky place to put the sticky on. Did you find it held ok? Cheers
I was looking for small dead cats and came across these and they work very well. Every now and then I will push on them to make sure they are stuck on good.
Hi, would this work on an outdoor cctv camera? Now the weather is changing it's picking up a lot of wind noise meaning I can't hear what's being said! Any tips to improve this for me would be greatly appreciated.
@@WORTHITORNOT Yeah that was my concern too. Is there anything else I can put over the mic do you know? The mic is 1.5cm long and approx 1 to 2 mm wide. Thanks
@ Good point. I only see one on the side. When I hold my finger over it I can block the wind noise or turn my head to the left. I going to try it again.
That helps a lot indeed!
Glad you thought so, they work well.

Haha @ fiddly time, yup. These little dead cats work great.
I need a t-shirt that says, "It's fiddly time!" 🤣
@@SunriseWaterMedia I’ll get right on it :)
Simple yet effective! Thank you for sharing! Greetings from Connecticut!
Glad it was helpful!

Haha, I know the feeling, hence why I used that exacto knife to get it into place
Thanks. Yes wind noise can be a problem. Simple and cheap way to eliminate it.
Yes this works very well. Thanks for watching !
Wow that worked quite well. Cheers
Yes Sir, very surprising on that action camera
Unreal, works like a charm.👏
Yes they work very good
Great tip, Andre. I never knew there was such a thing as a mini dead cat windscreen. 👍
Yes these are very neat and useful !
Very helpful video
Thanks for watching Nazir
Bro your a real 1
I need this on my outdoor nest camera. Will it work if it gets wet? I assume adhesive may not be resistant?
No the adhesive is not meant for getting wet.

Been wondering if these actually work. Gonna have to get these.
Yes they work very good
@@WORTHITORNOT Thanks for the review. Will have to try them out on my campark x40 and v40.

I don't think these would work because the sticky pads are not meant to get wet.

Little dead cat lmao. Just brush the cat and stick some hair on it lol
Haha
I found that it did not work for me.
@@RussellHogan What camera did you use this on?
@Worthitornot I am using a Ordro ep8 head mounted camera. Any thoughts?
@ I’ve never used that one, might want to see how many microphones it has, some cameras have 2

@WORTHITORNOT I got to work now. I tried the bigger size cat fur, and that was the answer.
I use one of my live cats to get rid of wind noise. Unfortunately the wind noise gets replaced with meowing for food and purring.
Haha
