Hi I have just recently bought these and set it up as u shown. When i connect the indicator wire to the harness to test the halos flash a rainbow colour and not orange. Thats with the indicator on aswell as the hazard lights. What setting do you use on the app?. Have u experienced something similar?. Had a new bluetooth module sent and it is doin the same thing!.....any suggestions?
Hi mate, do you have any idea why my indicator rings aren’t working? They work with car off, hazards on. They also work with ignition pressed. But when actual engine is started, one side flashes white when indicate right and the other quarter fills with RGB colour and flashes when indicate left. But they work perfectly with just ignition on...
@@ECML_South Yes, there is a fix. The kit requires a voltage regulator. The problem is caused by a sudden power surge to the battery (caused by the alternator) when the engine is turned on. This 'boosts' the batteries voltage and prevents the autobeam control box electronics from working properly. After troubleshooting the issue with Autobeam, they fitted a voltage regulator to my kit and now it works perfectly.
I know, what I mean is the Longer Yellow Cable. The short white and yellow cable is the indicator, but the Longer Yellow cable I don't know where to put.
Hello mate, my grille strip doesn’t sync with my v3 rings, any idea why, I have quite a few unconnected ends that don’t seem to match up or pair with anything else?
Blue wire ?, If you are talking about the actually headlight wires, I put the Hazard lights on and i use a multi voltage meter or you can also put the Ambient Ring indicator wire into each slot till it lights up (not the safest of ways but it works) Yellow = Indicator Wires White = Sidelight Wire
Get ebay ones that are rgb controlled with an IR remote for £15 Dont have fancy chasing modes or indicator functionality or a Bluetooth app nor do they have a long warranty Get what you pay for

What size are the ambient ring lights? Also are they the same size for the PFL mk2 ST?

The yellow cable is for the indicator functions so when you indicator left or right the cable will light up the Halo

BO55 LPB ambient ring 3 isn’t compatible with the grille strip
How did you know that the blue wire was the indicator wire so you can solder to the yellow ambient wire?

Yes buy the Autobeam Rings 2 from the website or just dont connect the white and yellow wires just wire up the positive and negative

70mm for facelift pre facelift are 60mm
