Yoo i'm currently doing PhD in quantum computing - specifically quantum algorithms and QEC, I never would have guessed i'd see Spanian hosting academics in my field. Hood oos adlays keep it up
When he first announced the Podcast, I knew he’d elevate past the rap & we’d hear conversations on some of these exact topics.
No way in hell would I have guessed we’d be hearing them just 15 *Searchers* in or how well they’d flow.
That’s not only straight up thanks to Spanian having familiarity on a wide range of sub-topics but the genuine interest he has with it, allowing for a freestyle conversation not restricted to a mundane interviewers dialogue.
Getting a notification for *The Search* is like seeing *Spanian* on the street scalping tickets to a fight, you might be a bit dubious but you go to buy in, he’s always got you decent tickets before. He tells you keep your money, buy yourself some merch or something with it.
You get to the match thinking you’ll check it out quickly but you peep the guest fighter & you’re impressed, you’ve never heard of them before but you’re impressed, it’s going to be a decent hour.
Then you hear the commentator doing the intro’s, it’s *Spanian* & you think sweet, you’re here thanks to this bloke. Then on top of that, you think it can’t get any better but he jumps in the ring too where he’s not only Referee, he’s a Participant.

This shows what type of mind he has. Spanian could have been anything as his knowledge across his reading of physics and understanding it through his years spent behind bars. The professor was clearly engaged because he actually had a person who is interested in the answers given by questions Span through at him… it shows his brain to be a proper thinker

The reference to Joe Rogan starts and stops with the shared skill set of being able to talk to people from all walks of life’s, all different backgrounds and formulate that into a podcast for all different styles of audiences.
I don’t see you “following” Rogan, I see you building your own pathway due to the shared skill you both have which is so unique.

Man I'm glad I spent the 3 hours watching 'What The Bleep Do We Know? A Journey Down The Rabbit Hole' doco that came out around 2008. That vid took me from being completely unaware of quantum mechanics through to taking me to being confident enough to explain the basic concept of quantum physics and quantum mechanics. Without watching that movie I never would've got my head around this podcast.

@@sevculham3246 It all has to do with intent (same as with magick/sorcery). Your intent has a direct bearing on how/what we perceive things within our reality and reality itself.
This is such a great interview/podcast. Abstract questions and awesome answers. Makes me wonder that if everything is always moving on every level, no matter the size. Maybe we're just light waves in a natural simulated projection created only by our own consciousness, and the fact that everything is random yet calculated is just the sorting process of our collective quantum observations.
P.s I'm stupid and lack the right words to explain my self.

Honestly the computer from hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy is a great concept of quantum computing when you think about it when your given a correct answer to and ambiguous or unknown question as it was then able to create a computer to then create the ultimate question it's kinda awesome because it utimately can solve the chicken or the egg theory
