1981 - pre Internet. Pre Yuppie Flu label. Dr. Dean Edell, blasted suffers on the news calling it mass hysteria! I never watched him again. Dark times. Still trying to recover and recovery stories are so inspiring!! Thank you. ❤

I would love to see any testimonies where the person was alone and didn't have any support, or if not alone, where they still didn't have support. I know it must be possible, I'd just really like to see someone speak out in these scenarios.. for my own personal motivation or inspiration, and I'm sure I'm not the only one interested. 🙏

This is soo my story!! Perfect. Well edited to pull out the important ideas.
I did the one month course and committed to keep working on my own and I can see it really working for me!
That was a BIG expense for me but very worth it!! Best money I’ve ever spent. Regaining health is priceless!

@@anneli_n Go to CFS Health and contact them about what and when they offer now.
Lots of free info they offer too.
Whatever you do to put their advice into practice in your life WILL eventually work. It is not easy to change our habits but it is a must to calm down our nervous system so we can heal!!
It can take months to see results but keep going. It does work and can change your life.

Blessings for sharing your recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My underlying condition was Lyme disease. I recently was in contact with Mayo; had interview about my symptoms. Waiting for doctor to contact them for my results. Good to know that acupuncture has been helpful for you.

Thank you for being real. My struggle with CFS began in highschool. That was so long ago I can't even imagin but my 55 class reunion is next year. Over that time I have been told I was just lazy, If I really wanted to I could "get over it", or yah it makes a great excuse to not have to do anything.
I'm not sure why but this is the first time I have heard of you and your program. Thank you I will be back.

Everytime when I think about kicking back my baseline, I wonder is there anything left I can leave out. How much is the even left? 😂

I read a comment somewhere where the woman did 15 sec. of exercise and she tried to bump it up to 1 min. the next day and she crashed. Sometimes it's stupid how small our baseline can be!

      You have to have money
      To lose it

You only lose money, if you did not commit to it and throw all your energy behind it. My opinion after doing just the one month course. I wish I could afford the longer one, but I can’t. That does not mean I cannot get well.
