Using affirmations and incantations is one of the most powerful ways to change your life.
If you've seen my new morning ritual video, then you'll know that affirmations and incantations have been a consistent part of my daily routine. I use them daily to condition my mind and beliefs to move me towards my goals.
All of the classic self-help books talk about the power of affirmations. The idea behind them is that if you repeatedly say an empowering phrase to yourself again and again, your mind will start to believe it.
The same idea works if you continually say or repeat negative phrases to yourself again and again... your mind believes it and it becomes your new belief system.
Tony Robbins is the first person I know of to talk about incantations. He says that incantations are more powerful than affirmations, as with incantations you're engaging your physiology and emotions with the empowering phrase.
In the below video, I share with you some of the affirmations and incantations that I say to myself everyday as part of my morning ritual. I've also included a list of them below, so that you can freely copy and use any that stand out for you if you'd like.

Our subconscious mind cancels out the word "not"
Always use positive words only.
For example if you say "I will not smoke cigarettes" you will still smoke, probably smoke even more! Learning about the subconscious mind is very important!

Great Video, I have been off work and realizing how fast my mood dips down all the time even after I boost it up with meditation or workouts and i'm starting to realize it's affirmations that I subconsciously have been telling myself to limit myself. Love it, will practice it everyday. Hey I've been a vegetarian for 6 years now, and I have proved everyone wrong at 6'2 240 lbs of muscle and now going vegan soon.

Thanks for sharing some insightful and helpful information man. You are truly an inspiring individual. I currently run a home business and at the same time, taking care of a toddler and infant. A lot of the times, I find myself having negative thoughts or fatigued due to the lack of sleep, which is something that I want to overcome. I've been eating a lot healthier, working out in the garage whenever the kids are napping, and incorporating positive affirmations as much as I can when I wake up and before going to bed. Currently, I only make 72K online from home consistently for the last 4 years, but I am wanting to make more and be at your level. I just subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to learning from your videos. Thanks again for your positive energy.

Stefan, absolutely love the videos. I just watched "Why Positive Affirmations Don't Work & Create Suffering" By Noah Elkrief. Do you have any thoughts on this? I believe in PAs, but am always open to different ways of going about having a positive outlook on life in the healthiest way. Again, love the vids! and Thanks for all you do!
To be clear, affirmations are generally devoid of emotion. When you have a negative thought it brings along all kinds of emotion to it which supercharges it. Hence repeating monotone affirmations won't work. Incantations should also include the body, and maybe even a certain song to then anchor that song to your feel-good state. You could even go next-level and always have a certain scent to anchor that as well :P
Hi Stefan I've got a question - How long (minutes\hours) and How many (days\months) do you spend conditioning a belief? How do you know for sure that it is conditioned?
I don't have an exact formula for this... as long as necessary. It's like working out, you do it every day and continuously strengthen and build your body.
What do you think: " i can't do zen practice because its very difficult vs i enjoy my zazen daily practice" 😒
How far have you reached in Money master the game by Tony Robbins? I would like an update, thinking of getting it. Is it strictly stock market related? Good video btw.

Are incantations sinful if you’re religious? I didn’t know what they were and googled and synonymous to “magic spells” not sure if this is true?
Hi @sarahh. If you believe so yes. I perhaps suggest maybe looking into how religion is dictating you with certain limiting beliefs (by you choose to follow).... If it is enriching YOU and YOUR life and YOUR goals empowering goodness etc .... Is it really a sin? Food for thought...... Who said it was a sin? Why would it be a sin? What did they have to gain from it? ....
Great info, no disrespect intended, but how do you not get charged with copyright because all this info comes from anthony robbins & his work (word for word). It's like you take his ideas & put them out there the same, not even put your own spin on them. No offence intended, just my opinion. I would appreciate if you could explain because I'm very curious to know how people get away with it. Peace

I am sure even Tony got them from other sources! I have read some old school self-development books by Napolean Hill and others, and there are many parts that I have also seen Tony teach in his seminars. Oh and I have heard Stefan say that they learned these things from Tony (I think it was his morning ritual), so I guess he just forgot to repeat that again in this video. But I heard him say that few times before :)

I am following you for quite a while but I saw a review that says your online money making in kindle deceives people into buying your books and that the reviews in the books aren't true. This is from a person who purchased your "how to make money online" instructions. I look at you with respect but reading from a reliable source that you deceive people to make money just disappoints me. It is so wrong. What can you say about this?
Hi Lein, don't believe the negative garbage that's out there. The person is uneducated and is making judgements, as they have no idea what I do. Have they met me? Nope. So how can they know and say what I personally do? In my K Money Mastery program, I share several ways for getting reviews on Amazon to give people options and then let them decide what to do. I clearly share my beliefs about having integrity and being honest as well, I even have videos in the program on that as I want people to operate with integrity. Does everyone have integrity though? No, so some people will lie or post fake reviews if they choose. For example, I always tell people, if you're going to post an Amazon review for someones book make sure you've gone through it or at least SOME of it and have something positive to say about it. Don't lie and make up stuff if it isn't true. If the book sucks, don't compromise your integrity and post a review when the book isn't quality. This is my recommendation for people. Does everyone do this though? Unfortunately not, but I try to teach people to have integrity and add value to the world, which overall I've done the best I can at.
