Hello BAI - we have a similar (or very same issue) but we have a Ricoma RMC 1501TC-7S so I am gathering that it needs oil - this is an out of the box machine that has been oil but only worked on 3 small designs then it started making squeeling noises. I know its not the same machine but what is your opinion - do you agree MORE oil and turn then like you did. (your opinion please with no liability to you)

You can try adding oil first. If the issue persists after adding oil, it might be an internal problem with the machine. I suggest contacting the machine's after-sales service for assistance.
