if not at 100 degree, the machine is not at right position, you need to adjust it to 100 degree. contact me on whatsapp: +86 13477097821, send video of your machine condition, i will show you.

When I choose niddle, it goes the opposite direction. Example if the Niddle is at 5 and I chose 4 it goes to 6 and shows "color change time out .
