I loved hearing Gusty Gardens again after so long
I start Cry when I heard this 🥹😭
fr bro best musical from any game
Still crying to this song
Best game in the galaxy.
never played galaxy myself but still got nostalgia from 3d world
Not gonna lie, but when I was in the theatre and heard the Gusty Gardens theme... I started to get teary eyed.
same my guy. nastolgia i swear...
glad to hear I wasn't the only one😂😂

Never thought I’d cry because of a theme, but here we are huh
We need a second movie based around the events of Mario Galaxy. MORE GALAXY MUSIC
I would pay for a 4d experience if the Next Movie is based on Mario Galaxy
Personally, I feel that it’s a bit too early for a sequel centered around Mario Galaxy. Don’t get me wrong, I would kill to see a movie based on Mario Galaxy, but I feel like the sequel would potentially be centered around Super Mario World. I’m hoping we get to see the Koopaling and/or Bowser Jr. as well. Or maybe a Donkey Kong spinoff with King K. Rool as the big bad, who knows.
the galaxy obsession is a little too much imo. The movie was not channeling any specific game so why would they just go straight to making one about mario galaxy
@@kayden2119 true but me and many people feel as though galaxies more grandeur music, set pieces and story are perfect for a movie. Still I agree that it might be too early. But it'd be cool if it was made the focus of a movie because out of all the games galaxy definitely deserves it
@@kayden2119 I agree.
That transition from Super Mario World's castle theme to Gusty Gardens was clean and amazing.
It gave me chills
Bowser theme in Super mario world is goated. Damn I wish it was longer
let's be real, we're all here for Gusty Garden
and we all cried
Yep. Wept like a baby sat next to my wife.
@@Larakinerd you need therapy
@@smartass643 no you need it
@@DemonCrab1995 at least I didn’t vote for trump
@@smartass643 I don’t really but thanks for your concern friend.
I absolutely love the underground theme where it had the little Captain Toad whistles over it. Perfection.

yes!!!!!
1:31 The new castle theme gives me chills 🔥
It's not new. It's a remix of the castle theme from SMW
Still went hard af
Songs in order
Overworld - Super Mario Bros.
Underground - Super Mario Bros.
Hammer Bros. Theme - Super Mario Bros. 3
Underwater - Super Mario Bros.
Castle/Fortress - Super Mario World
Gusty Garden Galaxy - Super Mario Galaxy
Huge kudos to Brian Tyler, Koji Kondo, and everyone else who worked on these incredible arrangements!
gusty gardens made me smile so hard in theaters
Between the Overworld and Underground from Super Mario Bros there's also the opening few chords of the Super Mario Bros 2 Overworld theme. Captain Toad's theme is hidden in the Underground SMB theme too.
@@FrankieWithAY same bro same
We all did 😢
Bro has a lot of free time
1:53 gusty garden starts so beautiful nostalgic
I had to keep myself from screaming in happiness when I heard gusty garden galaxy Mario galaxy is my favorite Mario game and a big part of my childhood
i literally cried when it came almost to all galaxy things that happened in the movie (even the fking luma sound)
@@yanokurogawa3187 you need therapy
You also go to the basement to laugh or show any emotions right?
@@yanokurogawa3187 the sonic movies are better
@@smartass643 what has that to do with "you need therapy?" how old are you may i ask?
1:32 Koji Kondo, no matter how much time passes, your style is legendary 😎🤩💫
The mario world castle theme really goes hard in this one
Omgggg For real brooo that gave me the chills i was likeee OMGGGGGG!!!! its Bowers castle when you first enter on The Gameboy Advance 😁😁😁😁🤩😊
@@jeshuacortez1887 super mario world is on the snes not on the gameboy advance. I think you are thinking about the advance port.
@@somerandomguyontheinternet2647 that one yes lol
It really slaps like dayum
It really does!
My Mom didn't even play galaxy, but based on how many times I've played it, we both started crying in the theater when gusty garden played, I don't think I'll ever forget that moment
You both need therapy
@@smartass643 you go to therapy, you will find attention there.
@@abztrackt at least i cry over actual deaths like the 9/11 attacks
@@smartass643lmaooo you definitely need therapy. It’s been 20 years let it go.
@@bakasta5992 so you are admitting the 9/11 attacks are no big deal and that people that died on the crash shouldn’t be remembered.
this movie really is a gift for the fans
I legit felt like I was in the Mushroom Kingdom when I saw this first time. I saw it three times in three days this week. My soul melted into happiness and nostalgia
Lol that’s awesome I’ve seen it twice and I’m excited to see it again when it’s on Netflix or something 😋
1:53 Me and my sister started humming along when this played! Such a classic!
It hasn’t even been out for 10 years and it’s a classic :/
@@chrislawson3536bro galaxy came out in 2007 17 years ago
No joke the Castle Theme gives me chills all over my body, I love it so much!!!
I need a full version of it asap
Castle theme going to gusty garden was too much for my body to handle
Super mario world reference. That was honestly the last good mario game I played before they started adding extra characters and shit and gameplay.
super Mario world had such good music
The fact that they paid tribute to Iwata is proof that Nintendo NEVER died with him and still had people that cared for him. Also, I'm glad everyone is no longer weaponizing his death against Nintendo anymore and everyone's moving on.
I heard iwata work on this movie before his death so the movie was in the making for 8 years 😢
@@wiishopchannel0175 I never knew that?
I love how the consensus for everyone here is that Gusty Garden Galaxy is a classic and that we all teared up a little when we heard it.
For the record, I’m including myself in that too. It’s been far too long since I’ve played SMG…
bro, when I heard Gusty Garden Galaxy I melted out of my seat in pure joy. Galaxy is my favorite game of all time.
1:07 gotta love the transition from Level Clear to the underwater theme
Hearing gusty garden in the theater was just absolutely phenomenal
I didn't expect the castle music from super mario world and it was amazing
yessssss
Made me tear up
Me too that was the best part of the sequence. As someone who grew up playing that specific game, it completely caught me off guard
I'd be lying if I said I didn't cry during this
almost every single piece of classic and modern mario got love during this movie, I fucking love it.
It's really refreshing to see a movie so sincere with its source material.
@@Mac14329 too bad illumination made the movie
@@smartass643 Too bad nothing. Who cares if Illumination made it? And it's a collaboration between both Nintendo AND Illumination. And that doesn't take away from what I already said. The film is still sincere with its source material. So you saying "too bad Illumination made the movie" was pointless.
@@Mac14329 so you are admitting Donald trump was a good president. This film wasn’t a good idea to begin with. People hated Pratt as Mario. Not to mention what happened last we had a Mario film, it was a nightmare.
@@smartass643 Don't even start with that. I never said Trump was a good president. That has nothing at all to do with this topic.
The movie WAS good, and people liked Pratt's performance as Mario more than they thought they would. I doubt anybody here is going to agree with you. And this film is FAR better than the 1993 film.
Why are you being such a sourpuss?
Hearing the Underwater music again in theaters almost made me cry. It’s probably my favorite Mario music
This is the best rendition of Gusty Garden Galaxy I've ever heard.
Gusty Garden theme hit me right in the heart
1:53
This is too incredible to listen to because I love Mario Galaxy so much
Decades of nostalgia within a song.
Everybody's talking bout' "Gusty garden this" and "Gusty garden that", but only real OGs understand how hard the underground theme hit
damn u right, ngl i love gusty garden theme but underground theme really hit me in heart
I WAS JUST THINKING THAT
Right!?
The underwater theme was what got me.
we heard that million times tho, it may be the og gusty garden is goated
They should orchestra this one day .
It is orchestrated dawg
@@JakeYolk "should"
@@digojez I meant to say it is orchestrated, because it already is
Now that's a happy ending, or is it cause all that's left is you and infinite void
Lumalee/ Firkel Smith
I wish the castle theme was longer, it’s one of my favorite themes in the entire mario games
Man, hearing Gusty Garden alone was enough to make me tear up in the theater...
If they ever make a Mario Galaxy-themed movie, it just might be the most emotional movie for me...
You should grow up
Yeah, they gotta make a Mario Galaxy movie! It does take Illumination several years to make an animated movie.
I'm sure many fans will want it to happen as well
Haber escuchado Gusty Garden me puso la piel de gallina la primera vez que vi la película, tampoco esperaba un medley de Mario al final, pero para mí eso fue aceptado instantáneamente
No saben lo feliz que me hizo la peli de Mario
The whole movie gave me goosebumps
I cried so much while watching this movie at the theatre. It brought me so many good memories that shall never be back...
By far Illumination’s best film.
Despicable me 1 is way better
I wasn’t in the theatre when the gusty garden galaxy part came, but god it is amazing to hear it again after years
J'adore le moment où il y a la musique de Toad, c'est du génie
je maple
SMW's castle theme is literally my favorite Mario song and I was so happy to hear it
La verdad imposible recrear la tremenda emoción que sentí por primera vez cuando sonó la parte de gusty garden
I'm so glad I wasnt the only one who got emotional hearing gusty gardens 😅
1:32 Uff esa parte
When I heard gusty garden after so many years, my heart literally fell to the floor 🥹
I love the fact that this credits theme is actually named 'Level Complete' (At least I've heard it is)
I know people be talkin’ about the Gusty Garden being tearfully good, but it really is. But it gave me the chills instead…
I heard Overworld 2 and my jaw actually dropped. Immediately went on UA-cam to find the song. It’s so good- my childhood flashed before my eyes
i almost cried when gusty garden was playing at the theater. mario galaxy still is my favorite mario game so to hear it be referenced was just a giant wave of nostalgia
I admit it, I stayed until the very end sitting in the theater listening and enjoying this beautiful masterpiece
Me too, mate. Me too.
Same! Was glad I was by myself. Nobody to see me cry a little.
This song is a fucking rollercoaster of emotions.
Medley. The word you were searching for was medley.
I watched the movie and came here, I can’t stop myself from smiling on the gusty garden part, it’s so funny how sad galaxy was added that the music has that special ability to make the areas feel alive or give you such a special feeling of accomplishment and pure bliss, I can’t put to words what that feeling is, but we all know it to well
I remember all of us in the auditorium hummed in unison it was something you truly had to be there for.
I get so happy when the battle music from super mario bros wii played, like- SO happy its embarrassing
and the captain toad sounds in the underground theme is just AHHHHGUUHH I LOVE IT
The producers knew what they were doing by putting the Gusty Garden Galaxy song at the end.
personally i wish the long credits theme was an orchestral take on the sm64 credits theme
But then we only get 1 song
That was kind of my hope at first.
1:13 Underwater Theme
I felt like a little kid all over again watching this movie God I hope they do this good on zelda and a metorid movie
I'd love a Kirby and Earthbound one too!
did anyone else get a strange nostalgia feel when the level complete theme turned into the underwater one,i almosted cryed at the underwater
The soundtrack on this movie bought so many memories from my childhood that I was almost tearing up everytime some songs would show up! I loved this movie, it's definitely what little kid me wanted to see one day ❤ and Mario and Luigi reminded me so much of my brother when we used to play together as kids and I was always struggling and he would help me out and how we would fight with all our strength together! This movie was definitely a beautiful tribute to the games, characters and to all of us who played as children and I loved every second of it. I'm so happy it exists
Let’s be real, we all came for the Castle Theme. It brings chills to anyone who listened to it in the theatres
I'm actually just here for the original overworld theme.
Hearing the underwater theme… memories of tornado watches… my dad sitting on the couch playing Mario or Zelda, I was little
Being a Mario fan tbh this is one of the best mixes i've heard, btw i swear i got chills listening Gusty Gardens after a long time, i wish they added more music from Galaxy
WE MAKIN IT OUT OF THE CASTLE WITH THIS ONE 🗣🗣🗣
I cheered when I heard the Castle theme. It reminded me of that one boss from the Super Mario World game that was an absolute bastard to beat. Ahh memories
That little hint of the Mario bros 2 overworld theme makes me so happy
Underground theme + Captain Toad = Music at it’s peak
Also speaking of Toad he sure was the goat in this movie right?
I looooved this is so cool , but this is the best thing illumination has done in its existence
Me: *Gets out of the theatre but hears Captain Toad Theme song from Super Mario Galaxy*
Also Me: *Goes back inside the theatre*
La de Gusty Gardens ❤😢💖
I had goosebumps when Champion Road theme was there... I know that it is from Galaxy... but for me it is the anthem of Mario Champions gamers
I love how everyone on the comentarys is so glad to hear gusty garden again
Everyone crying about gusty gardens while underground and caption toad theme are just pure 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I felt so old being the only one in the theater that was actually jamming out to every one of these songs as they came up while everyone else was either just sitting there or leaving
The orchestration is so good!
gusty garden being the most replayed part of the video does put a smile on my face
Everyone talking about Gusty Garden but it’s the Underground and Castle theme for me bro
Facts bro the castle theme has me jumping from my seat
Same!
This was like all my childhood dreams have been fulfilled.
bro when galaxys theme stars, it hits deep in your heart
1:53 bro i cried
Hearing some of the classic Mario themes in a medley is already grand enough, but Gusty Garden Galaxy's theme? Ohhhhh, that made me cry with nostalgia!
My local drive in played this movie,it was aight but when I was leaving gusty gardens started playing. The best song to drive with
I cannot tell you how much dopamine I receive when I listen to this, and then when Gusty Garden Galaxy chimes in... 😢
I teared up when I heard Gusty Garden Galaxy!
Let's be honest, we all cried at the gutsy gardens bit
i was jumping with joy during the underwater part THE MUSIC IS BEAUTIFUL but that part omg
As a longtime super mario fan, this movie along with the soundtrack was such a sweet blessing.
How many songs did they put in here?! I wanted to cry when I heard Mario World's Bowser Castle

Brian Tyler is really a good composer
Gusty Gardens Galaxy was beautiful, yes, but the underwater theme? Damn, pulled out the entire orchestra for that. Tearing up a bit.
This movie was so unapologetically nostalgia baiting, and you know what? I loved every second of it.
Its kinda amazing that we all sort of teared up at hearing that Galaxy song. Is it just too much nostalgia feels? What about that melody is so emotionally impactful I wonder
2:26 "Thank you so much for watch my movie"
Hearing the GGG (Gusty Garden Galaxy) theme made a smile creep on my face. It made the perfect end to the credits theme.
🥲🥲
Awesome theme update!
I think the most angelic parts of this track are the underwater theme and gusty garden galaxy theme
This theme is amazing to hear
everyone’s talking about gusty gardens but are we gonna talk about how well sounding that overworld theme > overworld theme 2 > underground theme was?
This medley is the best medley ever.
WHY ARE THE CREDITS SO GOOD THEY DID NOT HAVE TO GO THIS HARD BUT THEY DID😭😭😭😭
