I would say that Chun is one of the harder characters to use as she has a stance move and charging moves and generally has a more defensive playstyle with her projectiles and pokes. I would suggest using ryu, akuma or luke to get used to the game if your a beginner! Funny thing is i picked up Chun Li as my first character when I played Sf5, it was really challenging but after months of practice she felt awesome to use! Dont feel too bad if you have a tough time with her!
The stance mixes, are they meant to be be performed on block ? Or on hit as you show on the video ? Should you interrupt your combo on hit just to do this mix ?
It is definitely a hard confirm, but the reason why I have it there is because its the only stance mix low that works. You can try doing a hazanshu (QCB+K) after the stance low, but the opponent will be able to anti air or poke.

Im very doubtful about the stance mix up mk > light lightning kicks.
