- Hey guys, I know a lot of you guys have been asking me what my opinion is on the BAN, here is a raw update for you guys on my opinion what’s going on

99% of Politics is all based on money and lobbyist, the elected politicians don’t vote based on what the people want, they vote on who is able to help them raise the most money. Committee seats are are directly related to money raised,several politicians have been very open about this and said how much they had to pay to get on the committees they are on. The system is abused and broken, this is why small donation candidates are so important because they aren’t tied to large corporations and super pacs, they raise money from individual donors and they vote how the people they represent want them to vote.
What happened to innovation in the US? Surely it is not hard for a country like US to come out with something that could compete with DJI? Seriously what’s wrong with the US?
I am Chinese, I can tell you why. the states is weak industrially. according to the latest report posted by the world bank, China is the most powerful industrial nation in the world. Its industrial output is almost three times as large as that of the states. the U.S got innovation, but its manufacturing power is weak. this is why there are so many problems with Boeing, ships, or any other products made in the U.S
America can’t compete with China’s manufacturing capabilities at scale not to mention Chinas massive labor force. The only thing USA is good at these days is building their military. Sorry American, you may not be able to compete industrially but at least you can nuke the world 😂

It's more than JUST lobbyists. It's people that work for skidio, that actually worked with the politician that sponsored this.
Correct, Skydio instead of innovating new tech, spent their time and $ lobbying against DJI

Of course we want American made drones, BUT there is no good American made drones. If there was then who cares about DJI & this so called BAN.
That’s the problem. There is no other good option.
I’ve owned several DJI drones because they are simply the best.
I’ve also been thinking about getting into professional drone piloting. Either DDR or agricultural or even for realtor.
Autel or skydio are far from DJI when it comes to performance. They aren’t even close. For real.
I want so bad for an American made drone company to blow DJI out of the water, but it’s just not happening so we have no other choice but to fly DJI drone’s.
Even if DJI gets banned it will be many months if not years. Plus you could still fly your previous owned DJI drones.
The drone police isn’t going to go house to house confiscating any & all DJI drones or have binoculars looking for DJI drones in the sky 😂
There are more phones, computers smart based electronics, cars, etc than drones will ever be on the markets but people hate drones but all the rest is just fine.

Will there be a ban on the China chips in all the vehicles next, what about phones, computers, and all other electronics out there? Where does it stop? Gov don't react unless there's a dollar value assigned to the reaction. Meaning, I will react if there's a way I can fatten my wallet... There's your bottom line, greed.... common sense be damned...
#Innovation is the word of day .. poloticions and their cheapskate ways for an extra dollar .. not surprising!
The chinese government has a stake in DJI and can at any given time be granted a backdoor to all DJI users data. I'd say that is a national security issue. Buy American would have to start so the American companies would have the resources to actually build those superior drones.
Where's Trump stand on this issue? Maybe he can help us🤷

I think that you should write the President and tell him the if this bill passes it will destroy you, and your business, as well as thousands of Americans that depend on this technology. I wrote a letter, and I think everyone should, remember the buck stops on the President’s desk.

People are waking up realizing that the argument is NOT between my political party vs the other party. Both republicans and democrats voted for this ban. Jon Tester is a Democrat from Montana, introducing the ban in the senate side. Your problem is with the government, not just the other political party!

Good. drones are a invasion of privacy and a poachers best friend.
Such a limited view on one thing that a few bad apples do, just like every other industry. I use my drones to inspect for my business, I could care less about invading anyone’s privacy, it is my business and how I pay my bills. Thanks for your input but there are hundreds of thousands of us that need these tools.
