As we approach the milestone of 100K subs on UA-cam, we're taking it back to the beginning where Quincy Ross, founder of Bring It To The Table which then evolved to what we now know as EatAhFood or the EAF Channel, talks to Baidawi while he makes Geera Chicken.

Thank you Lylin! I think Chatak actually has a "loose curry" on the market where they put the leaves in the packs so you get that "market curry" kinda finish from the grocery.

Oh Yes! I actually use the carapulay powder in my curry blend. Which reminds me, I need to do some more of that Mmhmm Curry soon. 🙂

The worst thing one can do is misinform it's audience...I encoursge you to extensively do your research on MSG-monosodium glutamate. It can have some very adverse effects on your health...you wouldn't know if you don't know what to look for...your choice either way. 'MSG makes bad food taste good' I still like your cooking ideas, I choose to tweak where necessary.✊🏾💕
