Hi Jenna g you have a lot of great recipes all of your recipes are great I Especially like the chicken pies they look so delicious thank.you for those ideas ok.i will Try them all out.ok.your.fan Nesa Mohammed
Great job with the geera neck traditional style but you can also add in together with your recipe and let it marinate is chopped tyme, tomatoes, fine tyme and corn starch ... plenty people like a little more gravy so the corn starch provides that.... after marinating add to hot oil normally geera, touch of curry again then the minced garlic and onion ... plus premintoes ... I don't kno if that's the correct spelling but anyways.... add tyme, big leaf tyme and small leaf time in the hot oil.. leave for a few minutes to let the aromatics flavor the oil... then add the marinated necks and cover...leave for at least 5-8 minutes until it starts to parshley sticks to the pot and add extra additional seasonings to you preferred choice with a little bit of water and garlic powder... garnish with scorpion pepper sauce and a drizzle of shadow benny and parsley... yuh good to go❤.. I love your recipe tho
I like to toast geera seeds in a hot pan and then use a mortar and pestle to crush it when i make geera neck ps. Plz bring JGM products to JTA in south 😁
Happy Wednesday Jenna, I've never had this before. But I will definitely try it. Thanks for Sharing. 😋😘It looks good..cause I love chicken back and neck.Shout out from Atlanta.😘
Nothing new just the same menu eating all my life with rice and Dahl and roti in the evening. Feel like some gizzard now with curry bodi and sada roti no sauce cut in quarters.
Your Geera Chicken looks very tasty; thanks for sharing your recipe; I also make it but not with so much Masala; I used less Masala and more Geera. By the way, your pot is very dirty for a Trinidadian and especially for a young lady such as you! Please clean it before posting another video; thank you. If you should continued using a dirty pot, you'd be giving ALL Trinidadians a bad name! Think about it; your video's would be viewed, not only by YOUR relative's but by others from all over the world.
Thanks! It was very delicious indeed! All my pots have been overused... just shows the amount of cooking and realness to them. The stains and marks refuse to come off not matter how much I try to scrub them. My pots go back almost 8 years.... so the stains are definitely there.... Bad name isn’t what would be given to all Trinis because of the pots I use lol as many can surely relate to the marks/stains and thankfully a lot them have commended me for using them and keeping it real. Strangely enough my relatives don’t watch my videos as much as I would like them to lol.... but feedback from my viewers are always welcomed and appreciated! A new pot set would be seen in some of my future videos though but these overly stained ones will still be used. Thanks much for watching!
@@JennaGTheHijabiTT If you shall use coarse sandpaper on it as it is right now and then use brillo soap pad, the burnt-on oil marks would surely come off! Those marks are from not scrubbing your pot clean after every use. I've one of my grandmother pots that my mother had, and she gave it to me before she passed at 87 years old. That pot has crossed 100 years and the outside shines just as the inside because I cleaned it very well after every use, so no baked-on grease stays on it. I'm 65 years old and am still using that pot today to cook certain foods and it's the same kind of pot that you've. Please clean your pot and stop making excuses! Thank you.
