  • Styling a wig for a character that has both bangs and an exposed hairline? Here’s one method for creating a more natural look on a budget!
    Tips:
Swiss lace is often softer and stronger than tulle, but tulle can be easier and cheaper to obtain locally at fabric stores in various colors. Make sure to pick one that is close to your own skin tone for best results!
Using fewer strands per knot will have the most natural look! Use these along the front where they’re more visible.
Bigger knots with more strands don’t look as natural, but they can speed up the process and add more volume. These are great along the back-most rows right next to your wig’s edge.
This can be a time-consuming process and a test of patience. The more you practice, the faster it will become!
