- Install video for OEM ranger raptor beadlocks and 35" nitto trail grapplers on a stock ride height ute. Grinding and cutting was involved and so were some balance beads.

They rub, you dont get full suspension travel and articulation, their heavier, their more expensive, harder on the drivetrain, lower fuel econ, slower acceleration. Ford are not stupid, they did their proper research putting 33s on from factory.
You can use a raptor to do groceries or drive it off road. I drive it on extreme off road and have had great success on multiple vehicles with beadlocks. Some people like 33s and others like 35s. Each to their own.

Heard quite a few people run into issues with tie-rods with low offset wheels, do you plan on driving this thing hard off--road?

Thanks mate, I don't have clearance issues with tie rods yet and yes this rig will be heavily abused off road soon. I'll have sliders, bullbar and winch soon then I'll take it off road. I'll definitely pack spare tie rods and cvs when going off road.

Hi mate I used zinc it as I had it laying around because I use it at work for exposed metal cuts. Any metal sealing paint from your local car part shop will do tho it doesn't need to be anything special.
Looks awesome! I just got my Ranger Raptor last week. Are those Beadlocks actually for a F150 raptor?
@mikefries6637 yer, i think the beadlock ring is the same from the install manual but the rims is ranger raptor specific. Nice choice in ute nothing else comes even close, these rigs are unreal.
Im running 35's with no spacers, not cutting needed. I do have a 2' spring in the front though, and getting shocks revalved.
Thanks mate, alot of people are running your setup I wanted to do things differently. My live valve system is operating at oem spec and the spaces make the wheels fill the guards perfectly.

Yes mate they have a massive raptor tax on them and I got them from my local ford dealer. Had to come from the states took months.
Lets protect the metal with flammable paper towel... Glad it worked out but definitely didnt make any sense lol

Can I ask for louder tyre noise on highway using mud terrain tyre?
They are not as loud as a cheap tyre but you can still hear them like any 35" I think they sound fine definitely not a issue for me.
if modifying mud flap necessary without using spacer ?
The mud flap is standard you will have inner guard clearance issues pending Offset of rims with 35s. Most people don't use mud flaps but I wanted to.
@@DAVO3FAZE i remember seeing someone run 35 and close to 35(315) without hacking needed. might be tire profile is diff then.
@@mkivst180 I showed the size difference between metric and imperial sizes in the video as my cruiser has the same tyre in 315/75R16 I wanted to run real 35's with proper offset on the raptor. You can probally get away with stock guards if you run tyres around 34" with stock offset.
