You're correct. It's Scalextric packaging for the Spanish market.
How do the Ninco rails fare being outside? I see you have the Repsol handy...
LapTracker is a great budget timing system. Have you considered SmartRace Analog? That way, you could keep an extensive database of cars, lap times, tuning etc.
