Wow! Always loved the sound of police sirens and emergency vehicles as I heard them pass! When I was younger my grandma got me a police scanner for my 6th birthday. I vividly remember a young girl in the children's museum who was just having a good time spinning around, being the average, hyper, young kid. Well, sadly enough, the poor girl got dizzy, and fell and I think busted her head open. They called it on the scanner and we counted down, waiting for the ambulance to pass our house, praying that this sweetheart was OK. This is how I started loving the different sounds the sirens make. Ever notice how sometimes you'll hear an ambulance coming, and it sounds like it has 2 sirens? Me being totally blind, you hear it coming and to you it sounds like there are 2 ambulances, but really there's just one. And I've noticed how, and I think this is just cool, but in your video of police cars firetrucks and ambulances responding part 16, about the 5th clip into the video, the siren switches to this mode, and I hope I'm not crazy, but it literally sounds like a telephone ringing. It's like a mixture of the high-low "Wee-woo" mixed with the really fast "faser" sound. What ever that is, I'm curious to know what they call this mode! I've noticed this sound from a few cars on Cops as a little kid too. Thank you for these awesome responce videos! To me it brings back so many memories. It is like nostalgia.

Just what I need. I’m using it for a Halloween Trunk or Treat event at my church. My trunk will be decorated with a hospital backdrop from Amazon, I’ll wear a nurse uniform, and play these sounds from a bluetooth speaker in the trunk. I’m a retired RN and worked in the ER. I think kids will love my display (and the candy). Fun!

Probably has a scanner of sorts and can listen to the channel and figure out where they are going
