blueeyes1502 this is known as a traffic break or a slow down. In this case it was used to allow workers ahead to remove a piece of debris from the road

Those Clifton Police sirens are something different for sure, reminds me of Euro sirens. Whoever picked equipment for that towns sirens sure has a taste for odd sirens 🚨 🤙🏼

What brand of light was in the ambulance grill?
If you're talking about the one at 9:14, it would be pretty hard to figure out the specific one from the video. However any LED bar like that should work. "Whelen Dominator™ Series" would be my guess.
