- 咖喱大家食唔少，咖喱牛筋經有食過唔出奇，但係咖喱牛臉頰肉，大家食過未？如果話俾大家聽，牛臉頰肉用我嘅方法煮出嚟，比用牛腩更嫩滑，你信唔信？整牛筋好難搞難入味，煮好耐都唔淋？如果我話俾大家聽，可以做到花膠咁淋滑，你又信唔信？唔使信，只要買啱材料跟住方法做一次，肯定服！

Thank you for this! I couldn't find your old video for curry with the special cut of beef brisket, and was so sad. This is a little different but a lot of similar techniques to the old one. Thanks so much. Maybe if you have time you can remake the beef brisket with potato recipe someday 😊
I think only 5 bowls of soup maybe. Onion shrinks a lot and melts!

@@alisonchanghk yes!!! I tried a few times myself with your older curry recipes, it doesn’t taste 香 enough. Not sure why
@@mattwong2120 try adding more shallots and garlic, fried them well brown, but not burnt! Your choice of curry powder may be a reason too! Another tips, try add some lemon grass and Galangal

大約十二個人份量
十四磅洋蔥我大約煮到十碗。但我只有耐性炒大約一小時直至焦糖香 (caramelized) 。
但早期很多次炒燶，現在分心亦會。
我估6碗，我自己用三隻大洋蔥煮1碗😋
