ISA: MBC ident (1980s)

Probably the last ISA video before another logo history of this universe happens.
The Minnesotan Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) is Minnesota's national broadcaster. It is principally funded by direct grants from the Minnesotan Government and is administered by a government-appointed board. The MBC is a publicly-owned body that is politically independent and fully accountable, with its charter enshrined in legislation, the Minnesotan Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983. MBC Commercial, a profit-making division of the corporation, also helps to generate funding for content provision.
