Great video, interesting facts to learn about the deaf community of Indonesia. Thanks for doing the video, keep on doing more videos, I enjoy watching your videos about your travels.
I thought to have sent you a reaction here yesterday, maybe I forgot to push the button to send it, because I can't see it here. So I try again... I discovered this video when I checked out a video I made some years ago of two young deaf Balinese women using sign language. I tried to understand their conversation but understood the beginning of it. That was when the woman at the right told her mother (not seen on screen) that, while filming a ceremony, I had followed her around and around with my camera. Then she asked her mother if she had already met me, and if she knew where I lived. When the answer was yes, the other young woman at the left started a long and rapid conversation in sign language which I tried to understand but could not. I know these two women work in a beauty salon, and it seemed to me that their conversation was about a customer who had called and had some special wishes. But I'm not sure about that. I asked the woman at the right in Facebook if she could write to me more or less the meaning (or if possible the exact transcription) of their conversation. She said yes, but until now, after having asked her several more times, nothing came. Could maybe help me? I understood that Balinese sign language is different from English (American) sign language, but maybe Ade, the young man in this video of yours van help me. Do you have his email address or any other way to contact him? I would be very thankful! All the best to you! Same here in Malaysia. Education sucks big time for the Deaf and those with other disabilities.

this is so sad because in indonesia the goverment not really care about people with disability.
yes, I agree. Just like many other countries as well. Deaf Indonesians are currently fighting! They have such a great resilience.
