Hi Sir, I was absent for a week. So, when I was absent the teacher teached them the transitive and intransitive verbs. And thanks for teaching me transitive and intransitive.
Oh my word, you made this so simple. Thank you. I’m relearning grammar as an adult because I resisted this subject as a youth and paid the price for it. It’s never too late to learn; I so appreciate your videos.
I've got my eng finals tmrw and for grammar all I have is your videos. I'll update my marks to show how much these videos help. I haven't been attending my eng classes so for writing and grammar part in depending on your vids
Excuse me teacher Nihir Shah! There's a mistake in grammar at the phase of "Let's revise" the sentence of transitive verb ( The man love the children ) there's is a missing S after the transitive verb "Love" it must be "Love + s = Loves" check it out, and tell me your reaction dear teacher please. I'm Yemeni.

Sir you give me the best examples I am tellling you about me:- When my teacher is telling this I didn't understand anything. But now I am able to understand the topic by you only
Good job with the video, Nihir. I have just a couple small comments: 1. In your example of the man loving his children, you said the man "love" his children. That should be "loves," as the Subject is "singular," so the verb must be also (singular nouns commonly do not end with an "s"; singular verbs commonly do). Subject-verb Agreement is a Standard English grammar rule (I'm sure it was an oversight, on your part, but I post the comment for the benefit of your subscribers); and also 2. At the end of the video, you said let's "revise." I am guessing that you probably meant "review." Since "revise" typically means to rewrite something to make it cleaner or more clear and easy to understand; and "review" would mean to look/view another time, or to summarize what has already been covered, it would seem like what you subsequently provided was a quick summary of what you had covered earlier in the video.
Thank you so much for this video it meant a LOT to me and now I understand more about intransitive and transitive 😊I recommend that you watch this video it will help you because this helped me a LOT good job but you do talk a little fast but it doesn't matter because I know what it means now 👍😁good job please do more videos like this🙏

Sir what if the question was, Alice is sleeping on her bed? It would be transitive right? Because Alice is the subject, sleeping is the verb and bed is object.

it is a transitive sentence as locked is the action and locked what??? locked the cupboard so for more understanding ask your self this question for ex: he opened the door when a question is asked like this ask yourself what is the action here it is opened right next ask yourself what or whom did he open he opened the "door" so to find a transitive sentence find the action and then ask yourself what and who is doing the action if that doesn't match with your sentence then its an intransitive sentence.

Sir "He locked the cupboard".Is it transitive or intransitive
Transitive. He is the subject locked is the verb. And the cupboard is the direct object
it is a transitive sentence as locked is the action and locked what??? locked the cupboard so for more understanding ask your self this question
for ex: he opened the door
when a question is asked like this ask yourself what is the action here it is opened right
next ask yourself what or whom did he open he opened the "door" so to find a transitive sentence find the action and then ask yourself what and who is doing the action if that doesn't match with your sentence then its an intransitive sentence.
