Noise after clutch change

Strange noise after changing clutche..independing if the clush pedal is pushed or not

One spark plug was not correctly fixed !!! the last finf I was thinking about

What caused the noise?

as a wrote a spark plug was not correctly fixed and with the compression made this noise when vibrating
