My husband and I enjoy doing a "powerhour" w/ time for exercise, Bible reading & personal development. Then we either do a 20 minute walk or have our greenshake & leave our walk for when it's sunnier. I also have 52 Joy strategies in my book that I guess qualify for self-care. To where can I snail mail a copy?

I know you don’t believe in dumping on other people but sometimes when I talk to people about what’s going on, I get my own answers so that’s a self-care tip that works for me. I'm all about that self-care! While I don't endorse specific brands, I do look for skincare products that match my skin type. My routine includes gentle cleansing, moisturizing, and, of course, sunscreen during the day. It's all about keeping it simple and consistent for that healthy glow! 😊💆♀🌞
