Standoff with EDSA bus lane violator

Various drivers and riders were surprised to be apprehended by SAICT during an enforcement operation of the exclusive EDSA bus lane, during the afternoon and evening.
While some riders denied being inside the bus lane, the most common explanation from drivers and riders is that they're in a hurry or they're running late.
Nearly every driver or rider admits to knowing that private vehicles and motorcycles are not permitted inside the exclusive bus lane.
