Same though I had the 1st one. Doom 64 terrified me even more lol I did not get far in that one, it is so much creepier than the PC doom games with its ambient sound and darker atmosphere.
Hey nice run i been wanting to run this game for so long, i been practicing only port of adia and you just perform a lot of glitches i never knew existed, i have a question, when you started the game, it said cheats are enabled, wich ones you had on?
The game does not display negative health values, so even an Ultra Health will not end zombie mode once go far enough into the negative. Full Health and Adon's heal are designed to set your current health to 100, so only they will cure this mode. You still need to dodge any health pickups until you take more damage, because even a +2 health pickup will remove zombie mode. As for Leap of Faith, there are no known ways to reach the items past the talisman pad and likely never will be. For now, it's the only talisman needed to complete the game.
Played the game with cheats as a kid, because it was too hard and complex for me (didnt own a N64 myself, so it was even harder to progress). Now in my mid 30s i will finally finish it... 😂
who knew being undead made turok even deadlier lol, seriouskly though...how do you not get lost in the lair of the blind ones? ive played this game since it came out and i still get lost lol
There's always some degree of RNG, with enemy movement/behavior and what health or ammo spawns give you. As far as skill is concerned, Any% is the most difficult category of them all and not recommended to new runners. No Major Glitches is the best place to start.
@@doubleyou5443 Yes, this was something common among FPS games of the 90's. The game engine adds the speed differential to the player's forward momentum.
You gradually build speed over time as you endlessly fall into the pit. After 2 minutes, you have stored enough speed to be able to jump through the ceiling and trigger the ending cut-scene.
Every time the player dies, there's a short delay before you respawn. When you go through a portal, it removes the flag for this event to happen and you just continue playing.
@@johnmendoza4920 Do it on your own free time if you want, but it's banned on the leaderboards. The idea of hardcore is overcoming the extreme difficulty, and zombie mode kind of trivializes that.

what version is that. thats not n64. exclamation marks.. rewinding... This is a badass run no doubt but that stuff rubs me wrong... damn near wish speedruns had to be done on the same garbage n64 controllers we were stuck with, same with the game.
Speedrunning isn't arbitrary. It is not up to one individual to decide what the rules for running a game are. If you prefer to do it your own way, then do it and leave others do it the way they want. Have a good day.
@@commissary4196 the level design is crap, gave up on chapter 2 when i was little, i still remember why i always cheated the fuck out of this game, coz i couldn't get past the second level, meanwhile i enjoyed playing T1 a lot, more straight forward
@@TheGamingChad. i loved more this one than the first one, i would get lost too much on the firts one, but in my opinion i like the second one, they are both good games, and we all have our favorites
I always preferred the first one as a kid. Recently bought the remaster and loved playimg through 1 on hard. Used to struggle with normal difficulty. After beating it I decided to start straight off on Hardcore on 2 and I'm loving it. Waypoint markers make a huge difference though. Used to hate all the wandering around to find missed objectives.
I remember being absolutely scared shitless playing this game as a kid.
LOL me too.
I used to activate the cheat codes and explore the maps, and I recall being scared shitless too.

All I heard was Homer Simpson’s “dooh” throughout the whole speedrun lol
that speedrun was insane! one of my favorite games of all time.
That was a amazing run! you used many glitched I had never seen before!
I always thought I heard the Primagen saying "Fuck you Turok" at the end
🤣🤣😂😂to this dude probably yeah cuz he murked it

very cool, i love turok 2.
i know the shredder was op but didnt expect it to be able to break the game XD

It was probably fly mode, which we use to practice things for the speedrun. I disabled whatever it was before the run though
@@KaosWulf i was just wondering, im not accusing of anything jeje, its a really good run good job 👏
@@223salvador you can see he disabled when he started, are you blind?
Why was there an Endtrail at the start of PoA? Are there different enemies on the re-master or is it a higher difficulty that adds it?
He is added to the remaster and only there on Normal+ difficulty settings
You have my respect
thats insane
How come full health gives you health but not any other health pickups? Also, is there any way to bypass the leap of faith?

Yoo, I was thinking about speed running this game, are the RNG elements to it or just skill?

How does that last boss fight work?
