The Hur report claims that Biden can't be prosecuted because he's "forgetful" - AKA, has "dementia" - without a cognitive exam as proof of "dementia".
This is not a correct court process. A suspect can assert an "insanity defense" during trial -wirh proof! AND the judge can sentence him to a dementia ward in a federal prison if he's guilty and has dementia!

The example must be made that a Congressional subpoena must be adhered to, the executive branch along with all of it's 3 letter agencies must abide by the law. Any person not adhering to the subpoena should be held with the Jan6 political prisoners.
