My kids eat healthy and plant based, why give them the toxic stuff. In America the diet is ridiculously unhealthy and we're one of the most unhealthiest countries. So I am super grateful she feeds her children this healthy food 💛 even though they are not plant based anymore, they still eat very well.
Okay this just made me realise how unhealthy my diet is 😂 Most of their “Junk food” is my Daily food but this is super educational as well!
