I've been reading some of the comments here talking about the way they dress..You guys have to remember..The 80s brought this same thing in america..No one here has ANY room to talk bad about the way they dress when Bret Michaels, who is WAY straight, use to wear pink lipstick and purple eye shadow. I think these guys and all other Visual Kei band for that matter, have more balls then anyone else to dress the way they do and I for one respect the hell out of them, As it is kinda my style.

I really like the VK bands that seem to lurk on the dark side. Little demonic looking pretty boys. That's so hot... hahaha.. lol it actually kinda did; X Japan, Malice Miser, and Luna Sea, as well as other bands, are considered some of the forerunners of visual kei and, imo, think its safe to say there was some glam rock influence, given the time period. I think its rather, that it didnt reach the same amount of evolution in America

The thing about blessthefall, and black veil brides, and many bands I listen is that it isn't considered "real metal" because people tend to call them posers and faggots(as if metal itself wasn't discriminated enought...) I kinda like this music but i find it a bit exagerated and that keyboard behind i don't really like :P Wht do u think?

They are too obviously dressing up to look like japanese anime characters, look at their hair.(and they look exactly like anime characters) This style might seem odd to the western world, but anime styles(mainly the hair) are largely pursued by Asian teenagers, especially Japanese, part of the Asian style and culture .. and I like them too :)
