It's called Visual Kai. It's the style and music (there are many sub-genres). I guess it's kind of like Glam Metal/Rock in the US, which is pretty much how Visual Kai started. Anyway, like Glam Metal/Rock most fans are female, and I think that is why there are so many Visual Kai bands. So my point is, they are mostly not guy and like being surrounded by women.

sometimes i don't like their hair-do or stage costumes but their music is awesome i will always like it. not matter what they wear. i appreciated the music.
all of their songs are awesome. you should check out for example Candy Candle, Loving & Vicious key, Fade out, Prologue, Kimi e "if" no uta, Saezuri, Kuchibue diary, Mirai tripper, Samidare no koi, Kobura...well, if you have the time, try out all of their songs ! :3
I have listened to many many many Japanese bands. I couldn't coun't how many if anyone asked me even XDDD and they sound nothing like anythng I have heard before. A great band is not in function to his success or his age. Some current band [In every nationalities] are awesome and they aren't famous at all. JRock like all music style are influence by all we can listen on earth, And not just by Old glam american band [they are but not just] and JRock knows how to stand out. They are'nt alone to but they are.

Not all american, Sakito-san, but nowadays obviously there are many brand new j rock bands that have great music and very rare new american that make great music, thats a fact. i appreciate both like rocknrolljunkie2011 mentioned. I play and sing visual kei because thats what im most passionate for but sometimes i like to play other rock that isnt japanese! =^-^= also if u ask real visual kei rockers, they have some american or european roots. Ryu (my close friend), has a big english influence.
@visualkeikid123 It's very ambiguous, and they apparently like to keep it that way. That rumor(?) probably sprung out of a bunch of pictures of them (and several other band members) holding hands & pretending to kiss.
Love the song and I actually enjoyed watching the singers 'compete' with the others charisma. Though I think they should of choreographed it better so they they compliment the singer of the moment instead of jerking and doing their own thing, looked a little awkward. My opinion~. Definitely looking up more songs though!
wow this is my 4th comment in a row, but i just want to add one more thing. If Japan started copying maybe... something like the strokes or white stripes that would be awesome. A more laid back deep voice with nice bass riffs or something. you guys should let me know if you find out anything like that or if you already know of a band like that.
