- In this video I introduce you to TranslatorX. TranslatorX is a great tool for parsing collaboration log files from CUCM, CUBE, Expressway, etc leaving you with the call specifics. This allows you to see the header details from each call in the logs you collected.

For some reason, when I drag in my folder, just like your CUCMCallTrace folder (not zipped) it processes the files, says it's opening them (which are .txt.gz files) but throws an error. I do have include sub folders included. The error is that it doesn't see any messages in the logs but I can open an individual file an see called/calling info ... ?

Nice video. Often I hear "after 5 minutes there was just one way audio" after checking the logs there is nothing suspicious. Where else can I check for errors?
The logs on the phone itself will probably be the best bet.
