Great vidueo but only thing is missing is you did not go over how to register the CTI RP into CER. That is done in CER under Systerms >>Phone settings. Thanks.

Great information! When configuring the route/translation pattern in the ELIN settings (in my case a translation pattern 10.911), how is call manager determining which calling search space to use to dial? Is it the same as is used by the CTI route point?

Rick, yes...check the CSS within your CTI route point.
