Suggestion: When at war, coin flip for attacker/defender victory. Land is only claimed when the attacker wins
Or if the defender wins they could claim a small amount of land from the country that is attacking
@@brantoral8603 or when the defender win, coin flip again to see if the defender actually take the offender
I did something similar after watching his first video, but i used a dice. 1,2 or 3 they fail the attack and 4,5 or 6 the attacker succedes.
@@matheusalves5160 I like that so the defender can gain land and the odds aren’t really in their favor pretty much the second coin flip could be considering why the attackers lost, was it a stalemate or a defeat
Yeah and if you have allies the flip is weighted towards you
You should do a rebellion wheel so a country/state that would be taken over can come back
that could actually make it a lot more fun!

Idea for your idea: If a certain amount of "turns" have passed and nothing happened with either the rebellion nor the conqueror, then the rebelling country automatically becomes part of the conqueror country again
Maybe if a country has been conquered and the war wheel lands on that country, that country rebels against the country that conquered it.

i think for when a country attacks 1 on 1 you should do a wheel to decide who wins instead of the attacker always winning (same for 2 on 2)

Yes I did this a bit ago, like good attack, somewhat good, stalemate, bad attack, terrible attack
I did it that when you attack you win the dice goes 1-5 and lose when it is 6-10 and when you have a alliance you win with 1-6 and with more alliance partners it gets higher and if you partner is right beside you you get another extra point. But the same stands for defence. If you attack someone who has a partner right beside him you just win with 1-3

Drew, use a 50/50 Randomizer for 1v1 Wars like it isn't likely that the attacker will win every War...
Honestly it's not likely that some wars will ever end with the attacker winning, like when Luxembourg attacked France. I don't know how to fix that though, maybe with a strength tier list? But then it could get pretty boring with the usual suspects just steamrolling everything...
Also it can still be fast just from having the defender take over the attacker if they win

Suggestion: Lets say Nation A has taken over 4 countries, and Nation B has 4 Countries, if Nation A is attacking Nation B, they take 1 of the countries instead of all of them. Might make things take too long but it would make the simulator a little tenser overall.

Drew I think you should assign 1 power to each nation and 0.5 power for each annexed nation. So half a continent large country cant be defeated by two small country alliance
I agree, some sort of a Power Level is required. Hard to imagine that a coalition of Cyprus and Armenia could take out thicc Latvia for example..

you have to look carefully in which direction the arrow is, because sometimes you take a different country than the arrow pointed. like at 9:30 poland attacked germany arcording to you but would attack the czech republic according to the arrow
Depends on where the arrow's center point is. If its in the center of Poland or at least to the north a bit, then it would be attacking Germany, but if it was in the southern portion, it would be attacking Czechia.

I would suggest a tick for the democracy symbol, as in ticking a ballot. A cross would probably make more sense but that might be too similar to the fascist symbol.

Drew try to use online dices to roll if a nation will win or not against other nation (ex: one nation vs one nation = 2 dices, the biggest number wins), and alliances can boost the chances of winning (ex: two nations vs one nation = 2 dices vs 1 dice, the biggest number wins) Nice experiment ;)
