Loved your video. That "feel" you mention I think has a lot to do with Coyoacán basically being just a small town, with its own main plaza, mercado, etc. which (and like many other MC neighborhoods now) was swallowed by the big city 60-70 years ago but still retains most of its essence.
Hi there! Thank for this video!! We are on Exploratory Trip #2 to Mexico to look into some part time living (we live in Ouray, CO). The first was to Mazatlan. We really liked the Centro area, except that it is hot/humid in the summer. So, we came to Mexico City on this trip. We headed straight for Centro for a couple of days. I was really worried as we were totally not feeling it in CDMX Centro. Then yesterday, we went to Coyoacan. We loved it! Today was Roma and Condesa....and weren't feeling it again. We have 3 more days in CDMX. Our next trip will be in February or March 2023 to Oaxaca. Safe travels!

But I was race in Chicago, since I was eight years old, I live there for 20 years, now I live in Atlanta ha, for quite a while. But!!
