This is without a doubt Corey's best "Nothing" since 2002. My goodness, this man is amazing.

@@ShymNoiz Yes, I think so too. The production of the new album sounds so tinny. Corey sounds pressureless. That's what I would call it. I wish they would record another album with Ross Robinson!
@@karlhinkelstein6130 Yeah, i saw them live a couple of days ago in Poland and they sounded huge. Too bad that "tinny" production sticks with them since Gray Chapter
@@ShymNoiz I thought WANYK was a well produced album. The sound was powerful and Corey sounded so punchy. I didn't like The Gray chapter before that, for example, because of the flat sound. The songs, on the other hand, were very good. With Slipknot, besides the songs themselves, the most important thing is the sound. It must be dense and powerful!
@@ShymNoiz His screams are pretty much the same. But he has layered screams in the last singles, maybe that's why it sounds different (Like the difference you notice between wait and bleed studio and live).
Pfaff and Clown's Synergy in stage is honestly so good, also Pfaff's vocals improve massively now I can safely say he has such a good vocals, very brutal!
I really hope we can hear him on the new album. Not buried in the back.
His vocals have improved so much from 2020 onwards to today.

Is it only me or does Corey's vi also sounds especially good in this concert?
Corey sounds almost exactly how here sounded at readings in 2002 during disasterpiece. Only thing different is his voice is a bit maybe gravelly here. I feel like their energy too since they brought in pfaff too has been a lot more chaotic too. It’s like bringing him in was just a breath of fresh air for the band.

I really hope we get a WANYK Live Album, if nothing less from one of their Knotfests or the 2020 Europe Tour when Pfaff's vocals were manageable.
current setlist would be too lame for a live album but the 2020 tour would have been perfect (birth of the cruel, solway firth, new abortion, eeyore...). hopefully they will adapt their set and record a live album, yeah
@@Bahomar Come next year I swear, I love the songs they play, but if I see another set list that is just Disasterpiece, Wait and Bleed, All Out Life, Unsainted, Devil In I, Vermillion, and the same Encore as always that just has 4 songs changed each tour, I'm going to lose my shit. I may love these songs but I also love other songs.
@@atomicr4y472 yeah, i don't get it either, why don't swap songs like dead memories for spiders and heretic for orphan, the balance would remain the same but it would keep things fresh and honor wanyk, which is an amazing record.

Corey gave up the Vol. 3 vocals and the self-titled album vocals. He got too old for him to scream high. I think he clearly combined his vocals for Iowa, All Hope Is Gone, .5 The Gray Chapter, and We Are Not Your Kind.
@@darbybrady1601 i hear a better version of vol3 screams, in 2006 he managed to use that technique whitout fucking up his voice.
Actually, i realy don't hear any iowa screams here, corey would never use that technique again, its what made him change his vocals for the one we hear in vol3

It’s amazing how despite the hell Corey has put his voice through the years and his age, he still can sound amazing as he does.
Band really got a huge resurgence once the Grey chamber hit and honestly they can keep going for another 5 years if they wish.
I’m glad Slipknot is still going despite all the troubles and I hope life continues to treat em well till the time comes where it’s time to hang em up

I live in Latvia and for me it’s very pity that I had no opportunity to be on the closest ever possible to my country Slipknot show. I’m not sure if they if they will ever make show so close…
same, but they promised to be back in Estonia soon enough, so let's hope they do a show again in a few years time! shame they didn't come to Latvia tho :/
Thank you, my second time seeing Slipknot, and once again thanks to you, I can revisit memories, how sound was from where you filmed? It was pretty loud and sadly i wouldn’t know wtf is going on if i I wouldn’t know the songs, still had a blast, yet I prefered my first show in 2016 in Lithuania, what a setlist it was… Still generic set or not, always if anyone has chance to see this band, do yourself a favor and see it
hi jonas, glad you dig it, sound was ok but far from good, massive echo but at least it was very loud. i agree, the setlist 2016 in vilnius was one of my all time favourites. usually they play more interesting sets during the winter tours (summer festival tours are more leaning greatest hits safety). were there many many people from lithunia and latvia at the show? cheers
@@Bahomar oh yeah… that set? I am hated, Metabolic, Skeptic and even more, that was an amazing setlist, quite an unsual one. Now about if there was was any more baltic people, my bet would be yes, it was 6 years since Lithuania show, and my bet that a lot of maggots from those countries were waiting to see them either again or for the first time, and since baltic countries are quite small, it’s just a matter of hours drive through either from Latvia or Lithuania, let’s hope the wait won’t be long next time, and they will visit Riga, Latvia next🤟

it´s the same in every country and every city, as soon as the show begins, people will raise their phones to capture the moment. the crowd in tallinn was great, some energetic pits and they were very loud, when you´ll watch footage from the end of the show, you´ll notice that you´ll hardly see any phones anymore. but in general i agree with your attitude.
I can vouch that most of the phones went down somewhere after Unsainted. Me included. The mosh was fucking brutal.
