Apparently the trick with Shein is to make an order of less than R1500 to avoid paying more for customs. I've tried this and never pay more than R150 per order.

I cry for our local retailers because i dnt understand what they are doing... they still hvnt gotten the assignment right... the waist to hip ratio is just not on it has to take Chinese brands to get it right and to give us what we want. I always walk in these retail store and just never understand which planet they existing in with zero style and zero fit. I shop online for both myself and the kids.

This resonated with me so much, I gained so much weight during lockdown because of working from home and other lifestyle changes, and I have been struggling to shed it off. Most of my clothes don't fit anymore,infact I probably have 10 items that still fit well.The struggle now has been finding affordable youthful clothes and yooh I think Shein is the only way to go.
