Thank you for sharing your journey. I was diagnosed with bipolar 25 years ago and had to get off meds because of long term physical side effects to my kidneys. Been doing just holistic care and supplements for over 1 year but it has not been easy. This time of year is most challenging for me. Having some trouble sleeping occasionally.
