    I've never cooked a roast in my Nuwave oven before! I bought a chick roast yesterday to do this today! I googled how to cook one and I'm so glad your video popped up! You have a new subscriber👍 It's VERY hot here in FL and I just didn't want to make it in the crock pot as usual and Def not fire the stove oven up!

    Rick, the color, texture and moisture of the beef roast were all perfect! The potatoes also looked gorgeous. So using the Nuwave for the first time was a great success it seems! You'll be needing an addition on your house for all the cooking devices! Great meal my friend.

    Just got a Nuwave my husband is wanting a Prime Roast I am so wanting to do it in my Nuwave but not wanting to waste/ruin it, this is pretty much the only recipe I can find on making any kind of roast in the nuwave unless I am missing some. I like your video will be subscribing and checking out your channel. I also cook in those bags didn't think about putting it in the nuwave they are awesome in the oven though.
    My son-in-law did fix our 13 pound turkey in my nuwave for Christmas and I have to say it is the best turkey we have ever had. It was so juicy turned out picture perfect. Thanks again for the video.

    thanks for the video! what kind of bag did you use for the potatoes?

    • @CookingwithRick
      @CookingwithRick  9 років тому

      +Heather Pijka Hi Heather, the bag is a oven bag like you would bake a chicken or roast in. You can find them in the grocery store in the plastic bag section. Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it.

    If you are teaching how to cook with nuwave oven, you should show how to set the oven in high or low power, etc.

      Laura Townsend Hi Laura, that would work great or you could collect the juices from the bottom pan. Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it my friend.

    • @CookingwithRick

      Khris Montgomery HI Khris, if enough juice drips to the bottom you could transfer it to a saucepan and make it on the stove. Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it.

    The potatoes cooking next to the roast beef while in the bag didn’t look too appetizing. I’m not familiar with cooking with a Nuwave Oven but it doesn’t look easy and it’s not my style of cooking.
