    Here's my story:
    8th grade: Got my first phone and social media. Got addicted to social media and spent a ton of time on it.
    9th grade: Discovered self-improvement and tried to delete social media. Didn't work. Tried again and got rid of it for the time being. I was able to get my screen time down to about an hour and a half.
    10th grade: Got back on social media when I started creating UA-cam videos. Got addicted again and my screen time went back up to around two hours per day.
    11th grade (now): No social media except UA-cam. Averaging 30 minutes per day on my phone with a top 1% attention span.

    I’ve been debating for a while if UA-cam is a dopamine hit or not, I wish there was a way to filter what comes up on your feed

    While your drinking a cup of coffee which is basically dopamine in a cup silky
