Hello 👋 Marvin Travel. They have 2 owners. If you check in Agoda you will see the nice room but the other room with a cement are the owner who have only in the Facebook. I don’t know how they arranged. A lot of correct info they never give us. Don’t forget to ask if you paid cash or card. Hope that they change already how to manage. The place is nice but it’s because of the management.
I hope that there is already signal at the top where the pick up point in McDonald. You need only to clear with them. Specially if you book direct or by Agoda.

I booked a beachfront room in Las Cabanas last January for our Philippine trip this coming December, before I booked with them I made sure I researched online, find it in Google maps and read online reviews. Las Cabanas is at the far side of the beach, there is no direct transportation, you have to walk from the drop off point at the top, you should have researched that first. Some tourist like its location because of its sunset views.
Thank you for sharing your time. Did you booked through Agoda or Facebook (By Don)? There is no specific information in Facebook page. The location is really good no questions at all. But the perfect view for the sunset area belongs to other restaurants. The problem only is the people luck of information and they never handle it professionally. We booked the bungalow but we did not received it. It’s hard to ask them because no one will answer it the issues directly until you fade up. Enjoy your vacation 👍

Horrible experience pag ganyan nga Kenn. You're right that the hotel could have pre-informed you about possible issues that you might encounter at the resort like when using card payments, slow internet, et al. para iwas stress. Usually when we travel to places that are not really familiar to us or first time namin, we imagine the worst that might happen so more or less prepared. In your case, the management should have made everything smoother for you or did their best of what they could do at that moment. Noted na itong resort na ito and thanks for sharing your experience.

Imagine most destinations place sa Philippines 🇵🇭- El Nido tapos d pwide ang Credit Cards. Every time sa travel namin May mga mesh ups naman Pero they handle it professionally. Pero dito start palang stress na tapos tinapos nila nang subrang stress… Pwide naman mag inform na cash Basis sila for a moment. Sakit pa sa Pinas pa at nag tatago talaga ang contact namin at yong isang Reception na sila ang May sala talaga. Never again talaga. Salamat 🙏🏻

Horrible experience pag ganyan nga Kenn. You're right that the hotel could have pre-informed you about possible issues that you might encounter at the resort like when using card payments, slow internet, et al. para iwas stress. Usually when we travel to places that are not really familiar to us or first time namin, we imagine the worst that might happen so more or less prepared. In your case, the management should have made everything smoother for you or did their best of what they could do at that moment. Noted na itong resort na ito and thanks for sharing your experience.

Imagine most destinations place sa Philippines 🇵🇭- El Nido tapos d pwide ang Credit Cards. Every time sa travel namin May mga mesh ups naman Pero they handle it professionally. Pero dito start palang stress na tapos tinapos nila nang subrang stress… Pwide naman mag inform na cash Basis sila for a moment. Sakit pa sa Pinas pa at nag tatago talaga ang contact namin at yong isang Reception na sila ang May sala talaga. Never again talaga. Salamat 🙏🏻
