What I do as a beginner is 20 minutes on the recumbent bike. It protects my back and I had back surgery on my lower back a few years ago. I also do 20 minutes on the treadmill also.
I usually go in the water for water aerobics. I just think I would not be sure I was doing those weights correctly unless I had an actual person there coaching me.

Better if you watch what you eat. For your size, working out is not going to do any good, in fact It just makes you go hungry faster and you would want to eat more. This makes the whole idea of working out pointless.
Unfortunately when you slim down in the thighs, hips and butt, your stomach looks bigger. I've been through it. It sucks because you're happy you slimmed down but now you look like you have a bigger stomach than before. Also stop leaving mean comments. Just because she has a youtube page doesn't mean you should be rude.
You are not back in your "fitness girl era" ffs. You were never there. Just walk or do water aerobics, this performative gym girl act you do sporadically is a LIE.
Anybody who works out is doing fitness. It doesn't matter if you lifting weights or even just walking. Just about any consistent movement is fitness/exercise.
