Great video klutch.... I did a test on Ravenport. Start on new farmer, sell everything (including land) You will then be a millionaire 1.3million+ the best thing is starting on new farmer mode you will not have a loan to repay Then you can get to it... buy the small bredal fertilizer with spreading disks on it and a tractor to pull it, sign yourself up for some fertilizing contracts. Thank you for all your ideas in this video klutch, I have to say the only cheaty way you described is the government subsidized sign... And maybe field flipping..... if you don't have the capital to buy field and have to get a loan to purchace plot of land!
So, I did a test. Started a farm manager game, bough a harvester, both headers, 2 tractors, cultivator, seeder, planter, fertilizer spreader, and a weeder; no land or placeables. Let the game run at 120X time for 3 days. _No nightly maintenance fees were charged._ Probably worth keeping that starting harvester until you need to replace it.

I’ve been very resistant to leasing equipment but it makes so much sense in this game. There’s no real up side to own. You have the slot count the daily maintenance plus repairs for general usage.
I got this game for free on Playstation Plus. I'm normally a fps & Rockstar games gamer, but damn i love this game! It's so relaxing & fun. I love to harvest the most. This video helped a lot thank you. I didn't know the silo was half full to sell.
Started off playing for my first time ever about a week ago but I chose start from scratch option. I bought land 19 that had lots of trees. Then I bought a truck, trailer and chainsaw. You actually get a lot of money for cutting down the default trees. I didn't know however that at the barn was a wood selling area.
How to profit on a new farm is simple. Buy a cheap tractor, but the biggest non trailer sprayer you can, install multiple contracts mod. Run every spraying contract every day. Pays more than harvesting any field you could buy on a new game
Klutch Simulations Its true fertilizing contracts give you the most money per hour. Theres a great lets player that calculates everything and i also did alot of tests(best field crop for harvester is oat,of course corn for silage doubles that and stuff like cotton ,potato, sugarbeet is between them(oat 10000€-silage 23000-cotton etc.12000€ and sugarcane with a whopping 31000€. (all tested on felsbrunn field 28, i testet all the crops and gras but i wouldnt bother with any of that-worst thing was the little trees you harvest with the big harvesting thing to make woodchips😂 Sty but i dont know every word in english im actually german so its difficult to know what that thing is called right know XD
@@CheifSmokinDank I started playing just the other day. I find harvest contracts get completed at 85% crop sold to the place they requested. So on top of the contract payout, you get 15% of each field
@@briangreen2481 Yeah i've only been playing a couple weeks. I've found that the easiest way to make money is to take out a loan, buy a massive field that's ready to be harvested, harvest the crop and then sell it back for the same price you bought it for haha!! I made nearly 200,000 for harvesting one field! Soybeans are very profitable :)
My way to go was: If you start with root crop, plow it in, it isn’t profitable Then sow soyabeans and get as fast as possible lots of trees ( how closer by the sawmill how better) Horses are also pretty profitable ( i think) And A LOT of fertilizer contracts (there is a mod that gives you the option to have unlimited missions a time)
Man i miss easy fs 15 days where you just sold everything at the start, bought a chainsaw, a loader to push the logs into the lumbermill to make money fast and buy a bunch of windmills and just wait.

Good question. You need to fill up whatever device you plan on using for contract work whether you happen to own the equipment or lease it you will still need to fill it with seed/fertilizer/lime and pay for that our of your pocket. Usually the payout takes that into consideration so it seems.
@@KlutchSimulations Yeah ... when you do a job like that in real life, you get the fertilizer aswell from the person that gives you the job. Why would you use your own fertilizer?! It doesn't make sense unless you get the fertilizer paid to.

Some of the mods still have the daily maintenance so thats something to watch out for

thumbs up for the tip to sell equipment at the garage rather than in the quick menu. Definitely did not know that!
