Your recommendation for item 9 is only partially correct. If you sell off everything when starting on easy you end up with about 1.5 to 2 million in money and easy also gives better crop prices.
Disagree with #9. On normal you start with $1.25m but $250k of that is a loan, so essentially you just start with $1m. Also, it's already so easy to make money in FS19 that reduced sale prices on hard is the only thing that makes it feel somewhat challenging.
If you are going to go with chickens, buy a bunch of roosters and just a few hens. You'll expand your hen population very quickly. Turns out that ALL chickens born on the farm will be hens.
Game difficulty is not exclusively tied to starting options, but the economy setting which determines harvest, yield, and animal products / byproduct values, not to mention number of sell points. Significant oversight. The most important aspect to farming success is production / effort efficiency, which drives everything in the game.
@@willielast it works just fine as he is using it. People are calling it “wrong” because your suppose to turn the plow to push things away from the already plowed area in real life. (Doesn’t actually matter in game). That’s my understanding anyway.
4:00 all fuel lost when resetting tractor? No. False. Your tractor clearly had fuel left in it after u reset it. Edit: also from personal experiance I lose none.
Leasing tractors can actually be super helpful because when you need to get bigger tractors with at least 300 horsepower for roughly 200-250 thousand dollars
Also buying the bga plant allows you to sell silage there (wrapped bales or bunker silage) at a higher price than at the barn. The sprayer is also a nice tool to get cuz you can both use fertilizer and herbicide with it making it very usable and lot of contract work is fertilizing but again the fertilizer costs alot so dont forget that. You can get abit extra income when doing harvest contracts for all the grains sold after it reaches 100%
Here are some more :- When you are done doing the harvest contract, then all the remaining crop is now yours to use. So sell them first before collecting the money For some extra. + After sowing your field, Turn the time to 120× speed ane Boom!! , Your farm is ready to harvest in just 5 minutes 😛
1 tip. There is no storage for grass. There’s needs to be. I do large scale sheep and cow farming. I need grass storage. Can’t use placed bunkers as it turns it to chaff. Don’t want bails. So I’m forced to dump it on the ground

you actually should avoid front loaders each tool running front and back will eat through your horsepower instead just lease all of the best equipment (you get your work finished faster so you spend about the same for the hourly lease any ways) it will only cost 50k for your fist payment on realistic (it will drop to around half on day two) you can use the loan to get 900k value in land that will make you at the lowest 200k a harvest so in other words you will have 400k or more (plow ever inch of land for more) by day 3 (buy more land and have a 300k harvest income) (grab land next to the train and sell your goods by train, you will save on your hourly lease) you can turn that 300k into 800k if your chaffing corn at the bio (just chaff it green, you don't lose much and can plant your seed faster + less weeds to deal with) everything ells just turns into pig food after this point your daily 75k per pig farm
Those railroad storage silos were not free in FS17. Is that something new in 19? I haven't dove too deep into the game yet. Still wrapping up careers on 17.
If you have two fields next to each other you will need to lift things like plows and rollers else they will damage crops when drove over. I learned this when I had a helper preparing one field for sowing and they destroyed half the crops in the field next over.
"Not just for beginners" - The lie detector test determined THAT is a lie. These tips are 100% for beginners only. This is stuff that people would have learned in they played 15 or even just 17. Yup, it didn't happened in FS17. Now game forces us to get more traveling and transporting vehicles, goods and tools - so it's good to have low loader trailer and the truck :)
Tells you what to do but not why. Not saying that those are bad tips and tricks, but I wanted to understand why I should do it this way. Just telling me "do this, do that" isn't helpful.
This game is great, except for everything driving related. The driving is so unrealistic and the controls are so broken both with keyboard or controller.
I don`t see reason to ever pay the loan. When you take 500 000 loan even if you pay 5 000 a day to actualy start losing money you need to play 100 in game days!
Im playing on hard/start from scratch mode and for me losing the max loan interest thing each day vs having just a half loan to pay each makes a difference. And also it varies from player to player to what theire preferred ingame time is. a friend of mine plays at 15x with slow crop growth and skips time from 19.00-20.00 so days goes by quickly and also since ingame time/days are what counts towards great demands and sales having fast time is beneficial. So far ive clocked 50h on my one save aswell. But yea playing on easy or medium it doesnt matter too much
Most the trailers are not semi trailers bub. Most are in fact, just trailers. In order for them to be a semi trailer, they have to have a kingpin that hooks to a 5th wheel on said semi truck. And normally, this kingpin is underneath said trailer. What you are showing, does in fact, not have a kingpin or anything like that. In fact, they are not designed to hook to a semi truck. Hey Dustin, thank you very much!
when buying multiple trailers, dont buy the four wheeled wagons thats just common sense.

have you tried the hay loft? 90K in game, placeable, classed as a silo.
Hayloft holds straw or hay. Not grass
I don't use 3 trailers because it's unrealistic and you're not allowed to have more than 2 (at least here in Germany)
Hoffi 1504 then don't have more than 2
Not bad info, but really was for more of a beginner.

Even beginners proublum already know this 😂
you actually should avoid front loaders
each tool running front and back will eat through your horsepower
instead just lease all of the best equipment
(you get your work finished faster so you spend about the same for the hourly lease any ways)
it will only cost 50k for your fist payment on realistic (it will drop to around half on day two)
you can use the loan to get 900k value in land
that will make you at the lowest 200k a harvest
so in other words you will have 400k or more (plow ever inch of land for more) by day 3
(buy more land and have a 300k harvest income)
(grab land next to the train and sell your goods by train, you will save on your hourly lease)
you can turn that 300k into 800k if your chaffing corn at the bio
(just chaff it green, you don't lose much and can plant your seed faster + less weeds to deal with)
everything ells just turns into pig food after this point
your daily 75k per pig farm
