When I ran it I had my 2 fastest players up front and in the very back. Then I got them to jump to the ball each pass. I run 3 different variations of it. Regular no trap, Yellow, which is trap up top, and red, which is trap top and corners. This in my opinion is the best defense there is but you gotta have really fast guys to do it. Height doesn’t really matter if you got the speed.
Wouldn't Player 2 (Offense) throw the ball at 4(Defense) and have the ball out-of-bounds, only to have the ball at or below the center of the court? The full-court trap is ideal, but even trapping the offense can sometimes cause the offense to move that much closer to their goal.
5:28 mark. Just want to say. What if player 1 should defend the middle player and player 3 should defend player 1 of the other team. But they shouldn't commit completely on defending them just bounce so that you can easily run towards player 5 of the opposing team. What do you think?

*Imagine that player 2 of the opposing team didn't pass the ball yet
