Hello Sir, I have applied for Skilled worker visa within the UK after my application was done it was noticed that the Salary in COS is not as per the eligibility criteria as per UKVI guidance. My employer says he has made a sponsor note that that was the mistake done in cos and they are willing to match the salary as per requirement. I am tense as its two week and havent hear from ukvi can you advise how much time will it take approximately to hear back from ukvi?

I did the biometric for skilled worker Visa on 28th May and had and sponsorship employer but it's been about 3 months now and still nothing, any idea why is this happening ?

Their is 6 months validity of Police clearance certificate, so you can check the date of issue the certificate 😊

Did company should privde a new Cos? Or they need to pay for it again?
If CoS has been used then you cannot reuse it. Ask your company to assign new CoS.
Hey A Y&J .. I jz got my COS and I applied for my Visa. Unfortunately after submission I realized I made a typo on my passport expiry date. It was issued on 10th Jan 2022 to expire on 9th Jan 2032..but I typed expiry as 10th Jan 2032... Can this be grounds for refusal?

if your degree was taught in English, it’s good to apply for ECCTIS (NARIC) certificate. You may need to check and arrange the required documents for applying.
