Good day Sir, I am applying for C1,D visa for the first time but my problem is I was once rejected 10 years ago for F1 visa and the reason for rejection was that I mentioned that I have a friend in the US and unfortunately my friend went to US with F1 visa but was not going to school the consular told me that, so now that person went to university and is working as a nurse in the US now…. So I want to know if am ask if I know anyone in the US I can mentioned him because if I don, the consular might know that am lying… please advise me accordingly please my interview is in two weeks time

Today was my interview and believe me its very simple and taken only 1 minutes to pass
Please keep on mind that these things
Matter
Section :-1
1) no need to wear formal shoes coz they not able to see 😂
2) no need to wear tie or fully formal dress some of wearing jeans with casual Shirt
3) English is not compulsory, language preference is there
4) No need to clean shave and don’t come with T shirt 😊

Hello, this is a great video and it helps a lot. But I didn't hear the part where we the normal people that are not part of any crew or job and just travelling to another country but needs to transit in the US. what about us? is it the same process? apart from showing our in and out tickets and hotel reservations what else do we need to show? for instance travelling from Ghana to Jamaica we will need transit in the US about twice

Sir my company recommended me to apply us transit(C1/d) visa for joining on board , but in my passport there is Iran immigration stamp is there ,the reason is i went for joining onboard in Iran but unfortunately I am un able to join due to personal issues so i came back to India within 6days, In my CDC also there is no stamp is there ,now i applied for visa and i got appointment whether i will get us visa or get rejected.

I'm in Dubai, I got a job in a cruise ship as an aquatic attendant, but my current Visa indicates I'm a Security officer. On the first job in DS160 form people say it's a must the job description I feel there should match the job I'm going to do. Or can put security officer and second job to put aquatic attendant.

I had C1/D visa on 2019 and I work on the cruise 2 contracts.. I just sign off from the ship last month with my wife.. both of us work together.. ionce i back i went to renew my visa in sri lankan us embassy.. but they refuse my visa 2 times.. i dont understand what was the issue.. i already have all documents and i answered all the questions what they ask with me..

I have applied for c1d Visa on 15th December, in interview counsular officer said my visa is approved and it website status it shows approved,after 2days status changed to refused, then got my passport back after 3 days with 221g mentioned that it requires additional administrative processing if/when an update available consular office will contact via email like that mentioned so please can you help there possibility to get approval for my visa

I was refused A C1D VISA last year. My employer is now sending me an essential letter to the embassy, Also, I now have an STCW certificate and recently finished my second MSc in Sports Psychology. I hope all these recent changes will make the approve me this time?

Depends on so many factors. Past rejections make it harder. You have to be ready to clearly explain the positive changes you have made. It’s up to you to convince the officer who will be skeptical.

Hi I got my c1/d visa refusal under clause 214/b, I answered questions like how many years of exp and why would I like to go on a ship. @@chaiandcoaching Sir, I booked slot for my appointment during the month of November 2022 or so and the date for my appointment is in August 23, i.e I booked my appointment 7 years in advance. Thank you for the video. I got refused two times-2013 and 2015 on a B1/B2 visa category both going for a food conference as a Cook. I will be going for an interview next month on a C1/D visa to join a vessel as i got a Cook job offer in a cruise line. What is my chances of getting visa approval this time around? I hope my past refusal will not have effect on me this time?

My C1/D Us visa was approved and was issued 2021
but i took my US Visa Interview when i was applying on my last Agency (agency1), but i already pulled out my papers/ documents and i decided to transfer and pursue my application here at my agency2
I visited my first Agency 1 because i pulled out my paper/documents but when i asked someone if i can still use my C1D visa she told me that they are going to cancel my visa since they are the one who process it but i'm the one who paid for my C1 d Visa.
Is it really possible that they can cancel my C1 D/ us visa since i'm the one who paid for it and its already approved by the US EMBASSY?
And i have my passport with my C1/D Us Visa on it

I thought that C1 visa a trasit visa for a layovers trip to go to another destination other then the USA, we applied for it and that's what it specified it was for transit visa.
My family and I are currently living in Nicaragua and we are trying to imigtant to Canada we have everything even our tickets to fly but we have 2 pit stops layovers in the USA since we couldn't find a direct flight to Canada with the airline that we plan to travel with.
So found out we needed a trasit Visa C1 even tho my husband has a Canadian imigtant visa, so we he goes to the interview a the USA consultant in Nicaragua and the lady denied it with a 214(b) which makes no sense to us and we are very upset and frustrated because he presented all the proper documents and travel tickets to go to Canada, and not only that it was a emergency request for all of us to travel since I currently expecting my 2nd child and need to travel together to get to our final destination. Can you please shed some light to why they gave us a piece of paper and shoo him away saying that that papar just saying the 214(b) was the answer and justified for their actions and decisions?
