      That part. Even though I feel that she is guilty, cuz. that precise statement that was typed out could NOT have been so exact if made up, and things were weird from the time of the crime to her arrest, the evidence points toward her.

      @@hardwired8084how can she be guilty if her alibi was never even attempted to be corroborated? She has two witnesses that put her elsewhere. In 1996, they could pull phone records of that phone number and see who was called. The dna at the scene was proven to not match.

      Parents should teach their kids this regardless, but let’s be forreal, they should be doing this ESPECIALLY if they are black or a minority, sadly. In fact, people should advise ALL of their family and friends to always ask for an attorney, no matter what.

    • @axer3515
      @axer3515 24 дні тому

      @Valeria-mq3qn . I hear people say that, but every person must tell their children how to act around police. No matter your race or religion the speech you give your children will be close to the same. Whites are still the vast majority of people being abused by the cops, it is just higher ratio for blacks. Blacks are 12 percent of the population but make 24 percent of people killed by police. Whites make up almost 65 percent, and when you use blacks killed by white cops the ratio goes to 15 percent. You sell over 19 percent of blacks killed by police, the cop doing the killing is black. Almost all Whites killed by police are shot by white cops.

      Yesssss,my son is 10 and I tell him everything and anything,that he is going to face in this world . Im not going to wait for his friends to influence him and him not knowing and better. Theres soooo many decisions I made as a teen and young adult that if my mother would have just simply educated me on,I wouldn't have been left to just figure it out. Just listening to what friends say,when you dont know what kind of upbringing they have,what ulterior motives they have,is just a catastrophe waiting to happen for young people. Talk to your little one about everything guys. Dont be afraid!! Because I guarantee you someone else is. And that someone else could be another adult .

      People who are fed stories by the police also keep changing their stories as police feed them information. Everything about this case stinks. She's held in custody without a parent or lawyer. The interrogation wasn't recorded. They claim she waived her right, but she wasn't old enough to do that. The records are sealed because she was a juvenile, but she was interrogated as an adult, and she was tried as an adult. She couldn't have signed a contract to buy a car or waive her age to get a driver's license, but Texas said she can sign a confession. Even in her statement she didn't stab the woman, some man did but these mysterious men are never charged? The little girl is charged with capital murder and there's no DNA evidence, it all points to someone else? Her lawyer never met her or her family until the day of the trial and no witnesses were called on her behalf. How do you try a 15 year old as an adult, but seal the records cause she's a minor? This is a dirty case from beginning to end and detectives played fast and loose with the rules and the defense lawyer, prosecuter and judge should all have been standing up against this nonsense. Maybe she was part of it, maybe she wasn't, but she was railroaded by the whole system as a kid and that's just not fair. She deserves a new trial at least. There should have been one person, just one actually doing their job and this never would have happened.

      It's important to seek legal expertise to fully understand the complexities of sealing records and trials, especially when it involves minors. A lawyer with expertise in juvenile law would be best suited to explain the specific legal procedures and considerations involved in such cases.

    I’m gonna be honest. I don’t think the girl is completely innocent. I think she’s involved - but life, when you’re 15-year-old who’s just an accomplice, I think is overkill. On top of that - stuff like this is why my kids were NEVER allowed to spend the night outside my house.

    • @sunonymous1
      @sunonymous1 19 днів тому +2

      @@shan_7714 They didn’t grow up having a lot at all, and the mom worked all the time - she did the best she could do with her kids. She was a really nice woman. 🥺 So there wasn’t always supervision. They would come and go freely. So I can see them hanging out with older individuals, whether it be to get away for company, a place to eat, or perhaps to seek safety - in a sense elsewhere - in the mom’s absence. Just my opinion. But Jennifer was an extremely gorgeous girl in her teens. And perhaps that’s why certain kinds of adults would gravitate towards her. I doubt they ever had good intentions anyways. A terrible situation.

    Shes had 20 + years to concoct versions...but her being questioned as a minor is effed. At the very least thats a no no. Idk if I believe she's innocent or guilty but she may deserve a new trial and everything she said with the detectives by herself should be tossed and the olderrrrr friend should be subpoenaed...
    Edit to add:
    I will say the last story sounds EXACTLY like what could've happened but if it came directly from the fingers of the detectives thats why it sounds like it does. And the whole tactics used of wearing someone down like that are used for that very reason... because it works. I think if ole Mr. Scott guilty Peterson can possibly get a new trial, this woman deserves a second look. Lets not forget lots and lots are locked up and they really are innocent.

    I saw and heard my older brother confess to vandalism that he didn't take part in under pressure. The kid who did it was a couple years older. The confessions of a child gotten under duress should be thrown out. I have never confessed to anything I didn't do. My sons were raised never to cave under pressure.

    • @cockoffgewgle4993
      @cockoffgewgle4993 23 дні тому

      If this girl had been raised that way, instead of by a degenerate single mother, she’d be free.
