hahaha i had the same thought. But i understand it now, playing with other people makes you so much more skilled, especially when you have the same goal. When i joined a band few months ago i made the most progress on my playing.
I bought my guitar a month ago and probably that aniem was a huge reaosn for that. I always loved rock and wanted to learn some instrument, but i never had the motivation to do it. So, after i watch Bocchi the Rock! I gathered the motivation i was needing, my parents gave me a guitar in my birthday, a month ago, and then i started to learn, there's a guy in my ciry that plays guitar for decades (im not kididng, he plays since he was a ternager, and now hes on his 50s), well, he accepted to give me some lessons and here i am, one month later, learning this to play with my friend that is a baterist. No joke, music is therapy, I just feel so content whenever i play
Thank you thank you for this! Started playing guitar because of Kita. Having trouble finding just her part for this song. But damn those muted notes are driving me insane.
Same here! Well, I didn’t start because of Kita but she was part of it. I hate muted notes too, I seem to always mute them when I don’t want to but can’t mute them well when I do want to
I started playing in september last year. It is now March 2024, so its time to learn to play this song. Journal: 6th of March: Learned to strum to the beat properly today, aswell as the strum pattern for the beginning. Getting the notes right without buzz is not easy, I practice without amp a lot, but maybe it wouldnt be noticable if I was. I got the beginning almost right once and got really hyped. 9th of March: Learning different parts of the song now, Almost got the first bar down, noticed that trying to haste myself and play along with the video is by far the best way to learn the tempo and to keep up with it. Also noticed that, due to me crossing my legs when sitting, I face difficulties when trying to reach the higher frets because my leg blocks part of the way, so I'm now standing when playing, this has made playing a lot more comfortable and easier.
21st of March: Late update, But I'm now practicing the strumming pattern on one barre chord along with the video without pause, I'm pretty close to doing it relatively cleanly, muted notes and all, I got the chords down aswell, now I just need to practice switching between these chords and then practice playing along with the video 100% I noticed that the confidence in strumming helps a lot with practicing because it lets me focus on my fretting hand much more.
@@Lia_a12 lol I completely forgot to actually keep track; September 2024: Even though I took almost a year to learn it, I can now play the whole thing, If I focussed all my practice on just this song, I couldve definitely learned it faster, but I'm also learning Flashbacker and Guitar, Loneliness and Blue Planet, learned all the basics of Music theory and the entire fretboard. I really dont recommend brute force learning a song, because after you learned one, the process of learning another one will take almost as long, so its better to focus on *actually* learning guitar. Even though I can play it now, I'm not satisfied at all with how I play, and I learned that I want to learn guitar even more! The feeling of nailing a part youre struggling with, or playing a whole song very accurately is the best, and definitely worth all the frustration! I'll probably leave a comment on his Flashbacker to leave a sort of trail :P
Also learned all of the techniques on a basic level, but applying them all in rapid succession for something like a solo is soo much harder than it looks 💀
the easiest way to play it is just to bar the whole fret without playing the 2 highest strings, but you can also play it with one finger on each string
There's two ways, playing with your thumb on the lowest string and the other with your index or middle finger, the tip of your thumb or finger mutes the A string, other way which I prefer sometimes since my fingers aren't that long is to use my four fingers, index on the lower E, and it mutes the A string while the other 3 fingers play the other strings, it's hard if your fingers aren't skinny though
I cant belive that Kita can play this by learning only 6 months
Thats what already being a prodigy + having the opportunity to play with other people do to you.

Motivation really does play a big part, especially when there's someone like Bocchi as your friend.
shes pretty determined bcs of bocchi, and bocchi whos also a huge prodigy is teaching her
Y creer que he avanzado mucho en 5 meses. Por primera vez me siento orgulloso de mí mismo 😅

I just finished the anime today so this video came at the right time thanks a lot
This is much more fun than the lead guitar one
Because it's easier..lead guitar need to move this and that with rock

Can i use this as a backing track so i can improvise my own solo and post it?
Thank you for watching:)
Of course:)
I want to play this but I don't know how to read partition, I started solo, how can I do ?
Daamn sounds hard, i hope i can play it some day because i just started to learn
hows been going?
excuse me for whatever term it is, but what are those X'es called and how do i do them?
those are muted notes, you make contact with the strings without pressing them onto the fretboard and either pick or strum
@@cookytic ohh, i see now. Thank you very much for the info!
sorry for asking this late but what is the tuning ?
never played before. how long until I can do this?
probably like a month or so
Does it have a different tuning? because I try it and it sounds very bad.
why is the one chord dominant
In the beginning there is 4 fingers on the 8th fret, how do you play that part? I don't understand, please help😅

If you ever think you're good at playing guitar, watch a kessoku band tutorial
I can’t play both parts lmao
