  • What an oddball of a situation! I came out to San Bernardino to a new community in development and they had a beehive in a kitchen cabinet by the vent for the oven. Now this is definitely a first for me as the bees made a mission to crawl in through the roof vent into the interior vent and inside of the cabinet.

As you can see by the video the bees have been there sometime, probably about 2 months. Everything was carefully removed and placed into a box which will then be relocated to a beekeeper.

So cool to see the pro in action! You saved customer, plus humanely persuaded bees to fly to more suitable hive location, no doubt. That food grade repellant a godsend in fire prone southern CA. Can't wait to see the uneducated naysayers channel content of beehive bait boxes they worked hard constructing or purcha$ing to help save the bees! Loving your channels 100s of rescues, southern CA need more experienced beekeeper rescuers, hope start school 1 day!

Wow they built such a lot of honey in just a few days. They were really calm on the combs, I thought someone had sprayed them! then they got really mad and animated 😁

They definitely put their hard work in for their colony. It's amazing how much bees can do in a short period

Don't you have to find the queen for the hive to survive? 🐝

@@ElitheBeeGuy watch a JP the Beeman video and compare. Or 628dirtrooster. Or anyone who removes bees. These are just rip outs. I know you don't keep bees, but I really would be interested to see some beekeeper receiving these. Like what would they do with a bunch of combs laid in a jester nuc for a week? It would be a mess.

@@Swarmstead I do that for a very specific reason, I fit more stuff without using up space in the box with frames. I could use frames too but the beekeepers will be the ones to frame up the combs. There is enough stress on the bees during removal ...let alone cutting and screwing up their combs.

agreed you dont know what you're doing. find a different job. theres a right way to do this a your wrong way. unsubbed i do not support you on your choices what so ever. "fit more stuff" its called comb you dont even know what it's called. not to mention those bees will just come right backto that spot to rebuild because you don't understand what a true bee removal is. what a disgrace.
